The staff was very slow, unprofessional and not very helpful. I booked three nights and then had to change my reservation, they took 30 minutes to tell me I could not get a refund and had to pay for a new booking.
The washroom smelled awful and made me gag every time I went in. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had, I will never stay here again.
