Misleading reviews! Real rating 4.0 out of 10
Posted Dec. 18, 2023 on HotelsI booked this place because it has an 8.8 rating. But it’s a lie. There are only a handful of reviews which are clearly fake with only one sentence. One review even says it’s the best hotel they’ve ever stayed in. Hotels.com should check on this and remove the fake reviews. This place is old and rundown. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. They are doing construction on the lobby and we had to drive around the property until we could find an entrance. We finally called and someone answered, but from what location I don’t know. She said the key was sitting on a table for us. When we went into the room, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom clearly the sewage lines are old. Overall, the hotel is a 4 out of 10 and if that’s what you’re expecting it’s fine but if you’re expecting 8.8 this is not the place.

Posted May 29, 2021 on HotelsIt was the best hotel I have stayed in for a long long time. The Staff, cleanliness, comfort, gardens and the food were all fantastic. I will be absolutely be returning. It was a hidden Jem.
