Sublime apartment on the 1st floor without elevator, located in the heart of Paris between the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.
At the foot of the apartment are many shops, cafes and restaurants. This tastefully decorated apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life.
Warm, bright, and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with your family, as a couple or with friends (4 people).

- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
