Great location
Posted Jan. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayMy group enjoyed our stay. We did not feel crowded in the space. Clean. No complaints. Easy to get to Paris. Bus stop very close to house. The host was available to answer our questions.

Perfect for the Olympics
Posted Nov. 11, 2023 on HomeAwayPerfect for all or part of an Olympic team. Quiet neighborhood 3 miles west of Eiffel Tower, great easy access to transportation all over Paris as well as local shopping. Many recent upgrades. Enclosed backyard for pets, sitting on patio.

Staying close to Paris with a large family
Posted Jul. 13, 2023 on HomeAwayNot easy for a family of 9 people to have easy access to Paris at reasonable prices, but this worked very well. Instead of being right in the city (expensive!) and just jumping on the metro, all we had to do was add a short bus ride to the metro. The house location was great: quiet neighborhood, with a Leclerc, excellent local bakery, and pizza (Apollo) close by. Communication with the owner were excellent. So happy to have found this property for our visit.

Get what you pay for!
Posted Jul. 7, 2022 on HomeAwayIf your looking to book outside Paris and not spend a ton of cash this place is for you. It accommodated our group of nine. Although privacy was limited. Was surprised we had no toilet paper upon arrival. A book with easy directions for WIFI and local amenities would have been helpful.

Dear Guest, I’m sorry to hear that your stay was unpleasant. I would like to clarify that our listing has two complete bathrooms, one upstairs with a bathtub and shower head, and another downstairs with a shower. We have posted pictures of both bathrooms on our listing to ensure transparency. Our coffee machine is a Senseo machine, which is easy to use for visitors from different parts of the world. We offer complimentary coffee pods to get you started in the morning until you can visit one of the nearby cafes, which are within walking distance. While most of the beds are located upstairs, we have a sofa bed downstairs in the living room to accommodate guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. This detail is also pictured and mentioned in our listing. Regarding your concern about the heating, I’m unclear about the issue as it is working fine. It would have been helpful if you had contacted me about any issues you had during your stay so that I could have addressed them immediately. I’m disappointed to see your one-star review as the house was spacious enough to accommodate your large group, was thoroughly cleaned, properly supplied with clean linen, located in an ideal location for your group to get around, and I was available by phone.

La maison n’avait pas été louée depuis un an ce qui explique une propreté à retravailler : cuisine et placards notamment

La maison est grande en effet et il est difficile de vérifier tous les placards de cuisine en sus de faire 11 lits, nettoyer sept pièces et les deux salles de bain... tout cela dans un temps et un budget contraint. La capacité d'accueil et le confort reste - à mon sens - d'un rapport qualité / prix inégalable pour le coin.

Mit einiger Selbsthilfe ganz in Ordnung!
Posted Oct. 17, 2016 on HomeAwayObjekt gut erreichbar. Einrichtungen teilweise ungepflegt. Leider ohne Kaffeemaschine, Toaster ohne Leistung. Garten ungepflegt. Internet und Fernsehen ok. Schlafzimmer und Bäder in Ordnung. Müllentsorgung schlecht organisiert (Geruchsbelästigung, Optik ).Preis - Leistung gut. Bedingt empfehlenswert.
