Bel appartement confortable, tranquille et trĂšs bien situĂ© mais la communication avec l'hĂŽte est impossible. Ce fut un enfer. Il y a 3 entitĂ©s soit VRBO, Belvilla et checkmyguest . La communication en gĂ©nĂ©rale porte Ă  confusion mais plus spĂ©cifiquement sur le ramassage et dĂ©pĂŽt des clĂ©s est trĂšs dĂ©ficiente. Nous avons rĂ©ussit ramasser les clĂ©s mais le processus de dĂ©part est inacceptable. Nous n’avons reçus les instructions que l’aprĂšs-midi avant notre dĂ©part aprĂšs plusieurs tentatives de rejoindre l'hote via VRBO, Belvilla et checkmyguest. On nous disait de ne pas laisser les clĂ©s dans l’appartement sous peine d’amende et de les laisser aprĂšs 8:30AM au mĂȘme endroit mais nous devions quitter l'appartement Ă  5:30AM pour l’aĂ©roport! Nous avons essayĂ©s de rejoindre les 3 entitĂ©s pour prendre arrangement mais ni nous, VRBO ou Belvilla n’a rĂ©ussit Ă  rejoindre les numĂ©ros de tĂ©lĂ©phone des contacts d'urgence de checkmyguest et ils n’ont jamais rĂ©pondus aux courriels. J’ai dĂ» courir porter les clĂ©s en soirĂ©e en laissant une personne dans l’appartement et bloquant les 2 portes intĂ©rieures avec des serviettes pour ne pas rester pris Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de l’appartement (ce fut tout un stress car il y a 3 portes dont 2 avec serrures Ă©lectroniques).Le service Ă  clientĂšle des 3 entitĂ©s nous a complĂštement laissĂ©s tomber se renvoyant la balle et en ne nous soutenant pas. Nous sommes de retour Ă  la maison et nous n’avons toujours pas de retour avec des excuses de checkmyguest.
