The Space:
Superb, quiet and highly functional studio apartment, the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian vacation located in the same street as the famous Le Bon Marché.

Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.
The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.
IMPORTANT:
Renovation work is currently taking place in the building. This situation is completely beyond our control.
We thank you for your understanding and would like to point out that no complaints or requests for compensation will be accepted in this regard.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

From CDG, board the RER B train towards Paris and make a transfer to the metro line that brings you closest to our property. If you're coming from ORY, the Orlyval light train connects you to the Antony station on RER B, ensuring a smooth journey.

By Taxi or Ride-Sharing:
Opt for a taxi or utilize ride-sharing apps like Uber or Bolt. A direct ride will effortlessly take you to our doorstep, which is especially convenient if you have heavy luggage.

Bed linen and towels are provided, ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be provided upon both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we will happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction work will start on the building on Monday, March 11th, involving scaffolding for an indefinite period. We would like to inform that we are not responsible for these works and they are beyond our control. We will not accept any complaints regarding this matter.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
