Location is great, but we arrived late having booked for three people and there were only beds set up and towels for two. One of the PowerPoints was faulty and gave my daughter a bad electric shock, and the beds were not very comfortable.

Perfect room in the perfect location. 5 minute walk from the eifel tower. Big enough for 4 people although its a small split room with kitchen. Good kitchen utensils. Small bathroom with gets the floor wet when showering. Very dificult to get in touch with owner. From our first night, i emailed and called and no one ever answered my emails (through the owners link) and no one ever answered the calls. Was trying to get an extra day and when I finally contacted him only after finding the cleaners from another room was our room already taken for that extra night. If the owner was more responsive would give 5 stars easy.

The property is not very clean. The bathroom has mold growing all over the grout in the tiles and it smells moldy. The pillows and the comforters all needed cleaning. The worst part is that I unfortunately left a shopping package full of presents for my family in the living room when we left. We left at 8:30 am; upon arriving at the airport, I immediately emailed them at 10:07 am. They said someone would be able to get it. I have now called, texted or emailed virtually every day since then. While the people on the phone (I have spoken with Miriam, Cillia, Amaye, Christopher) were courteous, they never followed up or returned my calls or texts or emails. They say there is no trace of the package. So the delivery person for the sheets and towels had to access the apartment and then the cleaning staff accessed it. So clearly in the time we left the apartment, there were only two possibilities of staff finding the package and they did not turn it in. Someone took the package and didn't report it. So between the cleanliness and the dishonesty, it is nowhere I can recommend. I am extremely dissatisfied.
