I loved the hotel. Nice & Roomy. The lights switch pretty funky however. Hate the shuttle service situation they use!!!! Not reliable, reservations to use difficult and rude. Used uber!

The plus was a comfortable bed. Be aware the hotel is undergoing renovation and there is significant construction noise during the day. They are very rigid about the check-in time. They restaurant only offers a buffet and it did not look appealing for the $40+ cost. (We walked to the nearby Novotel for a nice supper.) They offer a shuttle service to the airport (5 euro pp) but be aware that it stops only at Terminal 2. OK for a night but not really good value for the price.

Great buffet, but I didn’t feel safe here. Someone kept trying to open my door, so I yelled “Oui?” to show the room was occupied and even blocked the door with my luggage—there was no chain or secondary lock. Through the peephole, I saw three men loitering outside, speaking neither French nor English. One banged on my door before they walked off laughing. When I called the front desk (no phone in the room—had to use my cell), they said my floor was under construction and the men were workers who “didn’t realize” my room was occupied. A staff member came up, briefly told them to stop opening my door, then left. At my persistence, she later offered to move me to the 5th floor, but as we walked past the same men still lingering after 6 p.m., I felt no safer. I went downstairs and spoke to a manager who understood my fears and she offered to transfer me to a different hotel--at no expense to myself. And comp me my (non) stay at this hotel. Terrifying!

Comfortable stay while on transit

Our stay was only for a night, and we weren’t expecting anything too fancy or comfortable, so we were positively surprised with the quality. The person at the front desk was very helpful to check us in in less than 3 minutes. Same goes for check-out. Everyone was friendly. The hotel has a 5 euro transport option to the CDG airport, but we ended up getting a Bolt for less than 8 euros. A heads-up: our room had only a handheld shower head, but that was no issue for us. Would stay here again.

Our family stayed here recently after Norse Canceled (!?) our flight to NYC last minute. We were totally satisfied with this property & the breakfast buffet is top notch. They also accommodate flexible check-out times for a reasonable fee. Highly Recommended.

There was a weird smell when you get out of the elevator going to your room. All the accessories are outdated. The receptionist took a long time. She was helping , i hope another guest, but she needed to leave the front and go outside to talk to them. Waiting for at least 15 min so I decided to ff her outside. Its been a long day and the one thing i dont want to do is wait. When she saw me outside, thats when she went back inside .
