There was 1 person on the front desk, for such a large hotel. The pool water was disgusting the area around the pool was unclean. There was a foul smell in my room, sockets fell off the wall, one bed side light wouldnt switch off at all, the mirror lights constantly blinked on and off. The key card system is ridiculous, no one at the front desk explains one card is to access your room and the other is to go to the sky bar. The bar staff in the sky bar were very accomodating, but the drinks were not worth the price. Around the area there are lots homeless people, as well as drunken and disorderly people it didnt feel safe at all.

My worst hotel experience in paris

Ch chin was smooth, no issue but later realise the air conditioner wasn’t working I reported and was told the technician will show up immediately but didn’t show up until hours later. Long story short I slept in a hot room with no cooling. They later change my room the following night after I had made a force. Cleaners don’t show up either. breakfast was good, Gym sparkling clean

The hotel itself is modern, clean which has comfy beds and facilities. Staff had been helpful however I think it would be helpful if they send extra staff at the reception counter when there are a big crowd checking in which was dragged for quite long. It terms of the location, it is a bit far from downtown Paris, which can take 30+ minutes to go by train and buses. There is a bit of walk from one of the train stations

New four-stars hotel with some things to improve

For a very reasonable price, I got a room on the 7th floor with views of the Neirborgh office building’s façade. The room was spacious and filled with natural light. However, the ventilation and air conditioning worked very poorly. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night, trying in vain to adjust the thermostat. I was also quite surprised that a four-star hotel didn’t provide a minibar in the room, and that none of the windows could be opened. The elevators use a system that is not user-friendly and quite confusing, with very little information provided. The QR code on the room cards leads to a website where the information about the rooms and hotel services is incomplete.

I wanted to stay here for my birthday as there was a heat wave In Paris… I called the hotel the night before to check that they had an and that everything would be working. Firstly when II wanted to stay here for my birthday as there was a heat wave in Paris… I called the hotel the night before to check that they had a C and that everything would be working. Firstly when I arrive the room was steaming hot and I could barely catch my breath… they said they would find me another room which they did which also didn’t have functioning air conditioning and then it became apparent that actually the air conditioning is set at a very low level… They tried to blame it on the fact that it’s hot outside, which is painfully ridiculous. there was an awkwardness as it was clear that this was an ongoing issue and they weren’t being very clear about it so I lost about three hours trying to resolve the room situation. I then had to go for dinner with my partner and by the time I came back there was no resolution and nobody had even cared to check and try and find a solution… We spent a very hot night in a hotel room which was rather ordinary and lacking in any character. The hotel was completely inept and had a terrible vibe about it… I would honestly avoid it if you want anywhere reasonable. It’s definitely not four stars and definitely not climate ready… Especially as you can’t even open the windows and you’ll just be in your room suffocating. And there is absolutely no customer service.

Upon our arrival, we were given a room with no air conditioning. The front desk never bothered to mention that the air conditioning was not working. After two nights of sweltering heat, we finally requested a different room which we were given, but the room was smaller, again this was not adequately communicated in advance. Advertised amenities are gatekept. You need a reservation for the rooftop, which is difficult to get. You also need a reservation for the pool and you are held to a one hour maximum limit. When presented with questions the front desk is either un knowledgeable or rude or both. I’m never ever staying here again. Lastly, the area that the hotel is located in is a little rough. One plus is the proximity of the metro.
