Vastly understaffed. Barely enough staff to check guests in. Long lines. No service for guests in hotel. Refused to answer phones. Towels not provided to one of two rooms and took nearly two hours to get towels. Fraudulently claimed we ate restaurant meals and billed us for it though we ate absolutely nothing.
