Great value, comfort, and location

Fabulous bargain and comfy accommodations, very close to the Goncourt metro station. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is one of the more hearty and delicious continental breakfast buffets that I’ve had. I feel the people complaining about the room size aren’t aware of how densely populated Paris is and how small accommodations at all price points are. Considering the going rates for the rooms, this is an excellent bargain and quality choice.

More like a budget hotel with limited amenities and small rooms. Had drain problems in a very small sink basin in the bathroom.

This property is nicely updated with a friendly and helpful staff. The small issue we had was fixed immediately. The breakfast is an outstanding value. The location is close to the canal and restaurants, but also quiet and safe. Our room was quite small, but that is pretty standard for Paris. The space was used efficiently. We would definitely stay for a three night stay again.
