I have stayed here at least ten times over the past 7 years….staff and hotel are charming and the metro right around the corner makes it a perfect stay.

Absolutely horrible. The pictures shown on Expedia are "the wrone ones" as mentioned by their staff which leads you to book a room based on the amenities within it and size and receiving a different one. After booking a room which seemed to be spacious I had to leave 2 of my 3 suitcases and a stroller in the lobby as there was no walking space inside the room as the distance between the bed and the wall with the TV was around 20 inches (50 cm). There is no parking in or around the hotel as you must drive close to 10 minutes to the parking garage where I'm assuming they rent spaces out of and walk all the way back to the hotel after you park which could be at midnight as it was our case. The area where the toilet is smelled like an airplane bathroom even though it's separate from the bathroom itself. The only good thing about the hotel was the big elevator which fits everything in the event you have to bring it back down to store at the lobby without having to do multiple trips. At least they planned ahead for that one.

This was my tenth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints,. The rooms are small but perfect ; the metro is roght around the corner and there are many cafes and restaurants. The staff is especially terrific,,,always friendly and helpful. I come to Paris every year and this is where I will always stay. Close to both train stations: Bercy and Lyon.

Lengthy check in was my only complaint. Room was small but clean, good breakfast downstairs for additional cost but many options in the neighborhood. Short walk to train station and metro stop on the corner.

The rooms are small, but comfortable. The location is close to many restaurants. It The hospitality is above and beyond!
