The night staff are outstanding.
After a long day and arriving late, I arrived confused and in the wrong hotel.
Staff at both ibis and ibis Budget were so kind and helpful
They never made me feel bad or silly and were super welcoming.

Basic stay. Wouldn’t rush back.
Posted Jan. 21, 2024 on HotelsVery average stay. Very basic. Was a one night stay so we made do. Hair in the shower and no hot water at all to wash. Issue with room as we were let into someone else’s room but we were moved quickly.

Overall good stay for a budget hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. VERY convenient location if going to Disneyland. The station is right outside the hotel and the train takes you to Disney in one stop. We chose location over quality stay though. It’s a budget hotel, so there are no included amenities. Hair dryer is only available with a fee. The room is equipped with the basic necessities. Bed, sheets, toilet paper, shower towels and some soap. No other extras. But this is what you sign up for when you stay at a budget hotel. Overall we were happy with our stay, as we just needed somewhere to sleep.

Budget size room only bathroom water flow out slow so gathering water not liked and plug provided multi style box not working rest all okay not brilliant

Room was clean and comfortable but very basic and small but was in a great location for Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe shopping centre.
Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again👍

Very much budget
Posted Dec. 18, 2023 on HotelsThis is a VERY basic hotel. To be fair to the hotel it is advertised as budget and expectations needs to be lowered. However rooms are very compact, shower / toilets are very small and less than ideal. Bed linen was dirty and had to be replaced upon arrival. Staff friendly and the location of this hotel was perfect for a last, single night stay after a Disneyland visit. Would I choose this hotel again? Probably not as I have stayed in better nearby previously. But this hotel does offer a few hours refuge after checking out of Disneyland.

Fantastic location and affordable. Had everything we needed for a 2-night Disneyland trip. Good room size to fit 2 large suitcases. Friendly staff. Super close to the RER A train, easy 2-3min train to Disneyland. Breakfast was modest and suited us well. Coffee, juice, cereal, assorted bread and pastries.
