The property is okay, the rooms are very tiny, i could hardly walk good in the room, the bathroom i could not even wash my feet because i was fitted in to the bath and was very disgusting to not take a proper shower..

Very courteous staff , ground floor suite room had a problem and they replaced with a better room with a good condition. They held luggage even after Checkout. Walkable from metro station.

GREAT VALUE & FRIENDLY SERVICE

The concierges, including Eddie, were very kind and helped our stay be convenient. For example, Eddie helped order me a pizza at a local Italian restaurant that I then went to pick up for take away. The breakfast was great and my husband loved the orange juice maker! Overall design was clean and trendy, but my one recommendation would be to have more than one teeny, tiny trash can in the room - there was only a tiny one in the bathroom, no secondary one in the bedroom or near the desk.

Good hotel with unfortunate lackluster features

The room service and staff were very good, as was the check-in/check-out process. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room and the bathroom were really small but I really didn't mind that. However, what was most off-putting is the lack of hot water and its sporadic availability. On several days I had to take a shower in tepid water at best. The carpeting in the hallways and in the room is in grave need of replacement, and the shower tiling could be cleaner. The location and the breakfast were good.
