The Space:

Perfectly suited for a family or group of friends, this apartment features two bedrooms on the main level, each with its own en suite bathroom. The first bedroom, overlooking the private patio, is bathed in natural light and includes a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Both bedrooms share a separate toilet with a sink in the hallway.





The dining and kitchen areas flow seamlessly onto the private patio, creating a peaceful retreat to unwind after a day of exploring or to enjoy a special intimate dinner outdoors.

The sleek, contemporary kitchen is enhanced by original exposed limestone walls and elegant oiled oak floors, combining timeless character with a refined modern ambiance.





A contemporary staircase, suitable for adults and children aged 8 and older, leads to the lower level. Here, you'll find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.



Upon request, we would be pleased to provide a printer and selected office essentials to ensure a seamless and comfortable remote working experience during your stay.



Just steps from the apartment, the Carreau du Temple offers a vibrant cultural and artistic hub with a variety of shops, cafes, and activities, including many open on Sundays.

The Neighborhood:

Le Marais district has the historic side located at the north. The Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, the Picasso Museum and the Carnavalet Museum - devoted to the history of Paris - are located here. Luxury independent designer boutiques contrast the plethora of vintage shopping that sell second hand goods by the kilo, as well as haute cuisine restaurants versus local corner brasseries. To the south, you will enjoy views over Île Saint-Louis and the eastern side of Île de la Cité, the historic heart and oldest part of Paris. This area is very popular thanks to attractions such as the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Place des Vosges, the city hall and the Gothic Tour St-Jacques. Contrasting with all the historic buildings is the modern Centre Pompidou.



Getting Around:

A few minutes walk from the apartment, Le Marché des Enfants Rouges is one of the most typical Parisien markets where it is good to walk around and enjoy the terraces for a weekend brunch.

Please note that the apartment is situated on the ground floor and faces a very calm side street. The entrance door is secure and fitted with a reinforced lock.

The apartment features a lower ceiling height on the downstairs level.

Pets are welcome upon request and subject to an additional fee.

The downstairs bedroom does not have windows and features a stone ceiling, contributing to its unique character. Air conditioning and dehumidifiers are provided for comfort.
