We needed an additional room last minute and were not in a positon to pay the 800 plus room at a nearby tourist hotel. This popped up on Expedia and we were able to grab the last one, room was small but comfortable luxury linens and amenities. Only downfall was the faint smell of smoke and the tv was unable to connect to our phone as indicated on an information card. We must note that we did addess these issues with yhe front desk at anytime. Would definately stay here again.

I’m really disappointed with this hotel. For a four-star property, the air conditioning didn’t work, my room had only one towel, and the bathroom had mold. The location is also far from ideal. I definitely won’t be staying here again. Even worse, when I requested an extra towel, I was told they would call me in six minutes and that I’d have to go down to the lobby to pick it up myself. They never called, never followed up, and did nothing about the air conditioning. Truly unacceptable

La Villa des Ternes

I recently stayed at La Villa des Ternes in Paris and had a generally very good experience. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days in the city. I would definitely recommend it. It's conveniently located near major public transportation hubs, making it easy to get anywhere in Paris, including direct access to the airport.

The BEST Boutique Hotel near the Eiffel Tower!

With great pleasure, I 1000% enjoyed and appreciated not only the gorgeous Hotel Villa des Ternes accommodations but also their exceptional staff. It is not only beautiful and pristine at every turn, but the staff should also be commended by name, as their attention to detail, readiness to please and professionalism to their job, set themselves apart from all others in the hotel business. They ARE the GOLD STANDARD. So, these are the people I would like to thank: Abdenour, The night receptionist, Maxime, the day receptionist, Ikram, who provides a phenomenal breakfast, and Marie, who is the best front of house manager there is. I think all of them from the bottom of my heart for a phenomenal stay! By the way, even though there are accommodation is in the 17th arrondissement, it's just a short 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower in the 8th arrondissement and the metro is one minute away a half a block away. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and easily accessible. I loved it all!

I booked a single, but was upgraded to a double, facing the street, on arrival. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful throughout my 2 day stay. I would love to repeat my stay at Villa Ternes next time I am in Paris.
