You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Large family home with garden, 20 minutes from Paris by RER
This house is our main residence, which we let during the summer. The area is quiet and residential, with local shops 5 minutes' walk away and Bagneux RER B station 8 minutes' walk away.
The main assets of our house are its peace and quiet, its spaciousness and the sunny garden in which you can enjoy your meals.
Ideal for families.
Located on three floors, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
Access to the house is via a 4-step staircase before the front door.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to all the upstairs rooms (cloakroom, kitchen, living room, study, shower room) and the staircase to the first floor.
The lounge/dining room is a large, bright L-shaped room: one side has a sofa and armchairs, and the other has a large dining table seating 8. Access to the garden is via this room, or directly from the entrance gate.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, blender, etc.), and communicates with the living room through a sliding glass roof.
Finally, the study is equipped with a large television and a sofa bed: it can be used as an extra bedroom if needed.
Accessed via the entrance hall, there is a separate WC, sink and shower tray.
On the 1st floor, there are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a double bedroom with shower room.
On the 2nd floor, under the roof, there is a very large double bedroom with shower room.
In addition, the house has a garage where you can park your car, a garden with table, chairs and charcoal barbecue, and a laundry room with washing machine in the basement.
Bed linen and towels are included. Beds will be ready on arrival.
A fan is available if required.
