The Space:
Superb studio in the heart of the Marais.You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.
Our apartment has been completely renovated by an interior designer. You'll find a double bed with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding, a convertible armchair for one person, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area, a TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- a sitting area with TV,
- a single sofa bed convertible into a single bed,
- a double bed (140x200)
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils...),
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very functional and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- A washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Important information:
Due to recent bad weather in Paris, water infiltration has damaged the building's digital lock. The property manager has therefore decided to leave the front door ajar to ensure access for residents. As this situation is beyond our control, no claims or requests for compensation will be accepted.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice and subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: From 2:00 pm.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
Deposit Amount: €150, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY.
Refund: Expected from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise Levels: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises may result in deposit deductions.
Building Construction: We cannot assume responsibility for any construction inside the building.

Internet Access:
Usage: Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Age Requirement:
Minimum Age to Book: 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. No refunds will be issued for non-compliance with this rule.
