A beautiful, bright mezzanine apartment for 3 guests on the top floor of a fabulous historic building, boasting unique modern interiors and wonderful views over the rooftops of Paris. Situated in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, near the lovely Jardin du Luxembourg.

BATHROOM
As you enter this charming modern apartment, the first room on your right is a small, stylishly furnished bathroom. Brightly lit with smart marble counters and fresh white interiors. There is a bath with overhanging shower, a single basin, WC, large mirror, and combined washer-dryer.

LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN
Before entering the main living space, you’ll find a desk and chair with space for a laptop, providing a convenient little office nook. Beyond this is a delightfully designed living room and kitchen. Rooftop views through large slanting windows, sloping attic ceilings, and the decorative festoons of leaves and lights hanging from them, create the feeling of being in a magical treehouse. On a raised platform is a large L-shaped sofa packed with colourful cushions and matched with a soft textured rug. The relaxing ambience is enhanced by a beautiful fresco wall depicting a serene jungle scene. Fresh white interiors and plenty of light create a bright and airy feel. The sofa can be converted into 2 single mattresses or moved together to create a double bed. There is a small bookcase and, adding to the quirky sense of fun in this apartment, is a charming rope swing. The swing hangs from a beam and can be hooked onto the mirror to create more space. On the opposite side of the room is a lovely kitchen, fitted with white units, and including a table and 4 stools. There is an electric oven, a fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher.

MASTER BEDROOM
Up a delightful little staircase to the mezzanine floor, is the master bedroom. Offering fantastic views of the city skyline and the Eiffel Tower, this room includes a comfortable double mattress. A large attic window above lets in plenty of light during the day and allows you to gaze up at the stars at night.

Please note, this apartment is on the 6th floor with no lift access, and is therefore unsuitable for those with mobility issues. There is a short flight of open steps to reach the mezzanine bedroom, with a handrail on the right but no barrier on the left. Please be advised that the sofa bed is a small double suitable for 1 guest. There is no cable box.When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
