The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious apartment on the 7th floor, ideally located near Montparnasse! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to six people, benefits from elevator access and a balcony.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: a bright space with a convertible sofa for two people, storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: bunk bed for two people
• A sleeping area: equipped with a Queen size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage and a ceiling fan.
• A kitchen: fully equipped with ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils and pots.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: includes a bathtub and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Elevator: The building's elevator is currently out of service indefinitely due to unforeseen circumstances. No reimbursement or compensation requests will be accepted for this inconvenience.
Internet Etiquette:
Usage: Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation.
Malfunctions: Any internet malfunctions from telecom operators are not our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
