Au calme sur deux jardins, dont un privé où vous pourrez manger et vous reposer, charmant appartement tout confort,très calme et lumineux .
Une grande chambre avec lit king size, un grand séjour avec cuisine toute équipée ,et un canapé lit AM PM neuf très confortable.Les wc sont séparés de la salle de bain avec baignoire.
Le quartier des Gobelins est un quartier très vivant avec tous les commerces et restaurants.Il est aussi très calme et sûr. La course cycliste des jeux olympiques passera par là. Situation idéale sur la ligne 6 ,5, et 7 de métro : Place d’Italie .
