The fire alarm went off at 1am and it was chaotic. No staff on site to direct people to safety or to communicate what was going on or get people out of the building Everyone just gathered in the foyer. When staff did show up to say it’s ok, most of the communication was in French. We caught the gist of it that someone was smoking in the room and that’s why the alarm went off. Only one staff member on site. He was absolutely lovely but would be nice to have more staff available especially in situations like these.

It was a pleasant experience, clean, very nice staff, good buffet breakfast, free parking. Room was bit small for us with two kids, this room size is ok for couple plus one kid max.

Nice property with a good little pool. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Staff available in many languages.

Not happy and would try other hotels.
Posted Jul. 21, 2022 on HotelsAlthough late check-im because of the airport hustle, the beds should have been prepared. We have to make the beds ourselves as we didn't have time to complain as we were so exhausted and just wanted to lay down.
