Great Studio
Posted Mar. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayStudio is in a great location. 5 min walk from train station. Spacious enough for 3 people. Very clean and bright. In the heart of the Marais walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions. L’ouvre .. etc. The location is on a busy street so you need to know there is noise from the traffic but all bearable. Would definitely recommend. Our host Paul was very accommodating!

Perfect location in the center of Paris!
Posted Mar. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayMy daughter and I had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The location was perfect to explore in a different direction each day. Although it is on a busy street, we didn't notice much noise. The apartment had everything we needed and was a good size for the two of us. We enjoyed the rooftop view and seeing Sacre Coeur and the top of the Eiffel Tower (twinkling on the hour in the evening) from the kitchen window. It was a lovely haven after a day of walking. Checking in and out were easy and communication was prompt. We recommend staying here.

Great studio apartment!
Posted Feb. 3, 2024 on HomeAwayMy friend and I just returned to the States after almost three weeks in Paris and very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is spacious for a studio and can sleep three, with two beds. There is a nice fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave and large fridge. The shower is also large. The apartment is on the sixth floor but there is an elevator to the fifth floor, so only one flight of stairs. The location is great…central Paris…very close to metro and bus. And just a 15 minute walk to various sites such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Paul is a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions…many thanks to him!

Our week in Paris In beautiful central location
Posted Nov. 14, 2023 on HomeAwayThank you so much Paul of your wonderful studio! We felt like we were locals living there daily, the neighborhood the building your studio and all the amenities it was very very comfortable and very clean and had all that we needed.
If I could suggest just 2 things - perhaps if it had a even small television on the wall and extra bed pillows . Other than that everything else was excellent!
Can’t wait to come back and stay at one of your properties again.

Our Paris stay

Only problem odd matress cover that is uncomfortable ..not smooth..great location.

It’s all about location
Posted Oct. 7, 2023 on HomeAwayIf you’re looking at this studio, you can probably tell by the relatively low price that this isn’t a tier 1 property, but it makes up for it with its location and amenities. It’s got some minor blemishes (e.g. scuffed/chipped paint on the baseboards, cracked/missing grout in the shower), and we didn’t care for the plastic mattress protector. It’s on a busy street, but with the windows closed, you can barely hear the street noise. The nearby shops and restaurants, combined with access to metro and rail, and walking distance to most sights make this location ideal. Other vacation rentals we’ve stayed at skimp on amenities; not so with Paul’s studio. Lots of little things that make the stay easier, like EU adapters with USB ports, plenty of laundry pods, and sugar cubes for your morning coffee. Overall, we were happy to have found this little studio for our Paris stay.

Amazing little flat in the great location
Posted Sep. 20, 2023 on HomeAwayIt’s a very cozy small flat that has everything you need. The apartment is very beautifully decorated and looks very stylish. It has one big bed and one small bed, two tables, chairs, big mirrors, fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom.
The location is amazing - close to all major sites, metro, bus stations, supermarkets and cafes. It was a bit noisy for me cause the windows overlook a busy boulevard but if you close the windows everything is fine.
The communication with the host was also great. We were allowed to check-in earlier than it was scheduled.
Overall we are very happy with our stay in this apartment - 10 out of 10.
