Sweett | Turenne I - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6
The Turenne I is an urban three-bedroom Sweett apartment that reflects perfectly the modern diversity of its neighbourhood here in the third arrondissement. Our local interior designer has created an eclectic, colourful space inspired by its funky surroundings. Textured wallpapers and unique accessories give this space its unique charm.
In the third arrondissement, the Turenne I apartment is steps away from the jazzy Les Forum des Halles and the designer boutiques of rue Etienne Marcel. Walk to the world-famous Louvre, or browse the modern art at the Pompidou Center both only a few minutes away. On a nice day, you can enjoy street performances as you stroll to the cafes and speciality stalls of Rue Montorgueil.
Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine.
Special note: Due to construction work taking place inside the building, noise might be heard in the apartment during the day.
Special note: Due to network maintenance, the WiFi is currently not working properly. Close to transportation
We stayed 6 days at this apartment and found it to be comfortable in a great area. The windows let in so much light and the interior courtyard was quiet. Its a very romantic space while also perfect for families. Beds were comfortable and so were furnishings. The bedroom with connected bathroom did not have a toilet, which we found odd, but it offered privacy for that occupant with shower and sink. The washer and dryer were in one machine that was unfamiliar to me, so it took trial and error to make it work. We ran out of clean towels midweek but staff were quick to respond and deliver fresh ones. We would stay here again if we could.
the house is very well located just few minutes wlaking from Place de la Repubblique where you can get to the Metro. There are stores and restourants near by
The house is very modern and spacious, well equipped and had most of the amenities. It is listed for 8 people but there are only 3 bedrooms and the last bed is a sofa in the kitchen/living room, which is quite inconvenient for a group of people
We were supposed to have a digital key but it did not work. The neighbor upstairs was very noisy (both ealry morning and late night) despite a sign that say quite hours between 10PM and 8AM. We contacted the host but they said that they could not do much since it was not one of their property.
Other than these two small hiccups, we loved the place and the location. We would love to stay there again if in Paris.
I booked this apartment for my boss and her family. Host was super responsive to all my questions around getting the trip squared away. Once there, boss seemed very happy with the accommodations!
The property was exactly like the online pictures. The space opens up into a courtyard, with tons of natural light. The flat was very spacious. The bathrooms were large, with great showers, the rooms were large, and all had room to hang clothing.
The location is great, within a couple of blocks there is a grocery store, cheese shop, fresh vegetables and fruit. So many cafes. Best of all, there is a bakery for coffee and fresh croissants right next door!
We had a bit of trouble checking in with our phone because the batteries needed to be replaced in the door locking mechanism, but someone met us right away, and brought us fresh fruit, macarons, and a bottle of champagne!
The management team is very responsive and addressed any issues or questions immediately. A friendly tip is to download the G7 taxi app and prebook any taxis you need as they can be hard to find at the last minute. G7 drivers were professional and always on time!
I would stay here again and recommend this flat to family and friends!
Great location for easy access to about everything, especially easy walkability.
We could have left our luggage at the luggage drop before and/or after check in but didn't end up needing to.
The flat was spacious and the sofa and beds very comfortable. The bathroom layout is not quite as described - there's one nice big full bath with shower, toilet and 2 sinks at end of hall, and one ensuite wc w/shower and sink (no toilet) in 1 of the bdrms, and one separate wc w/toilet and sink off the living/dining room.
Initial entry was finicky with plywood doors that were locked upon arrival - key fob to get through them was inside the flat on the table so couldnât get in initially. Once that was sorted, access to the building was very easy with that fob and access to the flat very easy with code via the app.
The Boulangerie on the corner (to the right when you exit the flat) had excellent pastries and other goodies. There's a grocery store not far. Take away coffee is available at the Cafe le Post (or some similar name) on the corner to the left out of the flat.
Marais is a fun, central neighbourhood with great walkability to all the sights and easy Metro access.
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, light and airy and very quiet away from the street. The property manager was very helpful and we used the luggage lobby when we left which was also very helpful so no carrying bags around the city. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would return happily.
