I checked in online and provided all my details, yet I still had to spend a long time at the reception. When I entered my room, the TV was on and displaying someone else’s name. It’s unacceptable, especially in a time when privacy should be a priority. I informed the staff, but they showed no concern. I was staying for two nights and requested cutlery to be sent to my room. A staff member said it would arrive shortly, but it never did. I was truly disappointed. No matter the price, basic service and respect should always be expected in such a setting.

Tout etait parfait l'appartement spacieux propre et confortable, il y'avait une douche et une baignoire très pratique quand on a 3 enfants. Et le spa rien a dire, magnifique, piscine propre et chaude au top le jacuzzi waouh le hammam et sauna au top propre. Nous avons passe un sejour au top vraiment

This one is quite close to the airport and is convenient for getting to the airport. Sadly spa is closed temporarily. Otherwise everything is good.

Amazing hotel. Very quiet and clean. Staff very helpful. Easy to get to the airport. Just be aware that the deposit for a night is $250, wish I could have seen this somewhere in the info when I booked. Everything else great 🙌

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures, it is clean at all but didn’t like the overall vibe. We decided on not staying there after seeing the room. The staff was friendly. The air freshener they use is too much

Good property overall. Could use a bit of an update and pressure wash the outside. Rooms were good size and clean. I do recommend this hotel for an overnight waiting for a plane

Me and my family really like this property, the room is very clean, comfortable and big. Around the hotel is beautiful with a very nice and charming village (with delicious small restaurants).
