Welcome to our beautifully renovated condo! Located in one of the most sought-after areas, you'll be just a short walk from the Park City Mountain ski lifts, local stores, grocery stores, banks, Starbucks, Jans & Coles Sports (for ski and snowboard rentals or purchases), a golf course, and much more. The free bus stop is just steps away—taking you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and throughout Park City at no cost! This means you can avoid the expense and hassle of traffic, parking reservations, and parking fees. Main Street is less than a mile away and easily walkable.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, heated pool, and hot tub. The cozy master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat after a day of adventures. We absolutely love this condo, and we're sure you will too!

(Almost) ski in/ski out!

We came to ski and were very pleased with the location and access. It is a short walk from the unit through the parking lot and the base parting lot to the closest lift. I slept in the master and a friend on the sofa bed. She said it was very comfortable. There is no ski storage but we left ours in the foyer against the wall and that worked for us. Adam was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I would stay here again.

Perfect Park City Getaway

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Description is very accurate - one bedroom with a pull out couch. The bathroom is very clean / updated and large for the size of the apartment. There's not a ton of storage so we didn't unpack our suitcases, but that wasn't a big deal. Very nice to have in-unit laundry. Would have been nice to have space for a kitchen table but there are stools at the small island. I would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Spring Break Getaway: Cozy VRBO Near Ski Lifts and City Conveniences

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. It is conveniently located to the lifts and essential amenities like Starbucks, Walgreens, and the Fresh Market. The proximity to bus stops, also makes it incredibly convenient for those who prefer to explore the surrounding area without a car. The condo itself is a cozy retreat, offering all the comforts of home after a day on the slopes. Upon arrival, we were impressed with how beautifully maintained the property was. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. The host (Adam) was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the booking process and our stay. He provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was readily available to address any questions we had.

Pc getaway

We had an excellent trip to park city! The condo was super close walking distance to the slopes and shopping. Had an awesome view. We walked to Main Street one night for fun and it’s only about 15mins. We loved the keyless access. The complex was pretty quiet. We didn’t bring a car but there’s was always spots available. The beds were cozy and lots of extra blankets ! The live music at “the spur” was great. We topped off our trip with massages and dinner at stein lodge. Highly recommend.

Great stay, great location!

Great location, condition of unit and great communication, accurately described; located near base of Park City mountain resort, two bus stops nearby connecting most of the town and Deer Valley. Jan's and Cole Sport across the street and 20-ish minute walk to historic Main Street. Two grocery stores within 5 minute drive. Stayed during winter season but would also be great for summer season / activities.

Ski Vacation

We had a great stay here! The check-in was seamless and when we arrived everything was nice and clean. The location is great for skiing - Just a 5-10 minute walk from Eagle and First Time lifts. You can also walk to the grocery store which was nice since we didn’t have a car. Adam also answered any questions we had very promptly. Oh, and the heated pool/hot tub were great after a long day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here for skiing!

Anniversary holiday!

We had a lovely time. The place was so close to ski lift, bus station and grocery stores! The condo was so lovely with all the amenities and a lovely fireplace. Just a fantastic place! Super responsive host, highly recommended.

Great, stylish condo close to everything!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, stylish place, with a upscale hotel room feel. Walking distance (25 min) to mainstreet and conveniently located close to bus stops (litterally across the street). Easy to get to the slopes.Host responded to all our questions with lightning speed, and we felt well taken care of. Pool and hottub steps away from the front door. Would definitly stay again.

Ideal location! Close to mountain, downtown, Fresh Market for groceries. Add the big powder dump and...it's the recipe for a perfect spontaneous ski vacation. updated and nicely furnished! Great owner communication!

Park City Ski Trip

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Very clean, well furnished (including washer/dryer), with comfortable bedding. Location can't be beat. Short walk to Payday lift (less than 10 minutes) even while carrying skis, although over-night valet or locker rental for your skis in Park City Mountain Village is an option too. Canyons Village and Deer Valley are close by as well. Only a mile or two away from many restaurants and historic Park City district (Main St). Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Garbage dumpster is right on site, so no issues disposing of trash/recyclables (unlike other rentals I've had in the past). In short, hope to return next year. Thanks Adam!

Family Spring Break Ski Trip

The condo is steps away for the First Time and Eagle Chair Lifts which was perfect for my family and really close to the Pay Day lift. The condo was spotless when we checked in and the kitchen was well stocked for the type of cooking we do while at a vacation rental. The owner was super responsive which was greatly appreciated!

great trip to Park City

the unit has a very convenient location. It is a short walk to the Eagle Lift, even shorter walk to a 711, and a reasonable walk to the Fresh market. There are 2 bus stops a very short walk from the unit that take you anywhere and the hot tub and pool are right there. The unit itself is functional, a tad small, some minor short comings like dead outlets, limited lighting, and funky heat, but Adam is super responsive and the unit was very clean and served its purpose. its really designed for 2 people, but you can get by with 3, 4 is pushing it! Overall, to me, it was a great location and we had a terrific stay. Last thing, There is a Cole Sports across the street from the unit, but I'd avoid that one and use the one at the base, near the skating rink or another rental company altogether. We had a disappointing experience at the Cole near the unit. We rented equipment and their service wasnt great and their options limited.

Last visit to Park City but what a way to go out!

This will be our last trip to Park City/Deer Valley due to lift ticket prices when you are only skiing a week and want to ski both resorts. We have been coming for years and Deer Valley is my husband’s favorite. We are so glad we chose to stay in this condo. Adam is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He was responsive, patient and very kind. The unit had obviously been recently completely renovated. Very high end features. Bedding was comfortable. The bus is literally across the street. We are in our low 60’s and walked to Park City with our skis. We left our skis in the car. Plenty of parking. Although the unit would sleep 4 people, I do not have friends that close. Would work well for a small family. Well furnished. Cannot say enough good things about this unit.

This is a fantastic location!

Adam was wonderful to work with, very timely and helpful. Location can’t be beat. We took the bus, which is right across the street, put our skis in valet for the week and walked to and from the hill. Can walk to the store and Starbucks. Would stay again.

The unit seemed newly update and nicely decorated. Furnishings were not cheap and overly worn.. Everything worked well. A Very convenient location. The host thought of everything you might need. Parking was easy. Checkin and check out was simple and hassle free. Great job host!
