This amazingly located four bedroom vacation rental townhome is situated right off of Deer Valley Drive – only ½ a mile to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort! Enjoy extremely easy free bus access to the slopes or Main Street in Park City within minutes!

The four bedroom property is built on 3 levels and has everything you’d want in a ski home! You’ll enter the property on the ground level where you’ll find the third and fourth bedroom suites and the bathroom that is shared between them. There is also a nice open area to store ski gear and get dressed each morning.

Going up one level you’ll find a nice open space that hosts the living room, dining room and kitchen with beautiful views of the Deer Valley area. The second bedroom suite and a full bathroom are also located on this level.

Heading up one more flight of steps you’ll find the master bedroom suite with a large ensuite bathroom. The private hot tub is located on the top floor as well for when you’re ready to soak after a long day on the slopes!

Living Room: Located on the second floor with lots of cozy seating. Large screen HDTV, Gas burning fireplace with beautiful stone surround. Great views of the Deer Valley area.

Kitchen: Equipped with everything you’ll need for a home cooked meal. Beautifully remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge.

Dining Room: Seating for 8 at the dining room table with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter bar area.

Bedrooms:
Primary Suite - This large, private master suite is located on the top floor with a king bed, full attached bathroom with double vanity.
Second – This private queen suite has bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and full size bed on top and an attached full bath. It is located on the middle floor of the property (just off the living room).
Third – Queen bedroom suite with an attached full bathroom. Located on the ground level of the townhome.
Fourth – The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of full size bunk beds. Located on the ground floor. Full bathroom attached.

Clean and close

Brought the Ohana to Deer Valley for Super Bowl weekend and had a blast. The place is close to base lodge and with DV Direct app an on demand ride is quick and easy. The place itself was clean with nice accommodations and everything you would need in the kitchen. Great set up for watching the game. The main issue for us was the tri-level set up with the one thermostat on the mid level. This left the top floor baking and us at the first floor having to bundle up. Would recommend staying again (just with a few more blankets to share below and some throws in the midlevel)

Deer Valley is Park City

The city bus stop is right across the street and everything is 5 minutes away. This is a perfect family condo with 4 large bedrooms plus a pull-out couch. There are 2 bedrooms on entry level (one with bunk bed + futon + living space for kids), another bedroom/bathroom on main level and a master suite upstairs. Washer/dryer came in handy. The jacuzzi tub on back porch is wonderful and seats 6. A blazing gas fireplace set the scene for wonderful apres ski cocktails (bar area) and home cooked meals every night in a big kitchen, and a grand dining table seated 8 comfortably. We had a wonderful time!!!

The property was in a great location along the bus route with easy access to Deer Valley and Park City. We enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious enough that we could all spread out, but also enjoy each other's company.

Nice condo,,,functional. Needs modernizing upgrade but works well. Kitchen needs better cooking equipment...... saute pans, cookie sheets, pots, knives. Tv’s need upgrade,but, they work fine I like the place, great location,,,, alittle difficult to cook well

Convenient location and comfortable stay

House is very comfortable, we had a great stay. Steps away from a bus stop made getting into town and to PC/Deer Valley a breeze. There is a small cafe across the street that made breakfast or snacks an easy trip. Only issue was around check in and check out. Experience dealing with the property management company is enough that I would avoid dealing with them in the future. Literally no instructions were provided ahead of time or during related to check in or check out, when we arrived we were initially told we needed to come over to some rental office and sign additional paperwork before they'd give us the passcode to get into the house. Office was nowhere nearby. None of this was ever mentioned or communicated ahead of time, rather we were told at Check-in time when we were locked outside of the house with 8 guests and all our luggage. After a half hour of calls and arguing they finally agreed to give us the passcode to get in, but still insisted we needed to go there to sign more waivers. Was a frustrating start to the trip, and a bit odd because I've never had to sign additional paperwork with any other rental. I've already agreed to all the terms on VRBO, the fact that they are presenting new waivers seems inappropriate. The property manager just told us we should of just booked directly with them, so it really didn't make it seem like they had their act together.

Nice location and home

We had a nice stay here. Enjoyed being close to the shuttle stop and walking distance to Main Street. The dishes were not clean- they had visible food on them but otherwise the house was in good shape.
