Long Ski Weekend with Family

We spent 4 nights at Bill's townhouse. It was a great experience. The townhouse has plenty of room for 2 couples. One bedroom has twin beds, so be prepared. But each bedroom has its own private bath, so that worked well. Having your own hot tub was great. Nie to have a full size W/D. The location was great. Removed from the crowds, hikes and parking issues of downtown, but still close enough to be dropped off at town lift in less than 5 mins; the base in less than 10. Lots of people at the complex used the bus which picked up a short walk from the front door. Bill, the owner was an active host making sure our every need was met. Looking forward to making the trip again!

Lovely digs in a great location

The condo is very nice, with all the amenities you might want. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. Bill is super responsive to any questions, and has put a lot of thought into providing a lot of extras that make it even more enjoyable. There were a few things that need fixing downstairs, but I'm sure that is a temporary condition, and Bill offset any inconvenience with a gift card for a meal, not necessary but a nice gesture. And the location could not be more convenient to downtown PC and Deer Valley.

Excellent condo near Old Town Park City

This is perhaps the best equipped ski condo we've ever stayed at. Bill has it very well equipped with everything one might need. He was very easily accessible via text or phone when we had questions - both prior to and during our stay. There's a stop for the free bus a short walk away, and from there you can get to the town, Park City and Canyons resorts, and all the way up to the Olympic Park. Very good location. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Park City Gem - Great location and excellent owner communication!

We had a fantastic stay at Bill's condo. The location can't be beat -- very close to downtown Park City and Deer Valley (our preferred ski location). The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day on the slopes. To top it off, the owner Bill is super friendly, easy to reach and a great communicator. We had a small issue where our code didn't work to access the unit, but a quick phone call to Bill got it cleared up in minutes! Hope to stay here again soon. Thanks, Bill!

First trip to Park City

Unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, and located conveniently between Park City and Deer Valley resorts. Bill was indeed an incredible host. He communicated ahead of arrival for a smooth check-in and asked for confirmation that everything was in acceptable order once we arrived. As Bill says, " the best innkeeper in Park City"! Townhome has everything imaginable to make your stay the best. All you need is to bring yourselves and your gear and you're ready for a great time. Great Stay!

Great location to both Park City and Deer Valley. The extra amenities from the owner were much appreciated. The whole family loved the hot tub. No need to rent a car, we took advantage of the free city bus to and from PC. Highly recommend!

Great Time at Deer Valley

The property is in a excellent location. Steps from the shuttle for a 2 minute ride to Snow Park where you are welcomed by Deer Valley staff. The condo was exactly as depicted. Mr. Bill called me the first night to ensure we were happy with the property. He is by far the most caring and concerned owner about providing for his guest. The hot tub, grill and kitchen were better equipped then any other VRBO property I have rented in the past 10 years. Five stars to "Bill" and his well equipped home. Thanks Keith

It was our first time away for Christmas and we enjoyed every minute. It was clean everything we needed was there. The hot tub felt great after skiing all day. 5 min walk to the shuttle. It was PERFECT. Thank you so much. We recommend this place.

Great place in a great location

Bill was great and has done a fantastic job making his home as easy to use as possible. Incredibly organized, lots of helpful information for visitors and couldn’t be better stocked unless he bought your groceries for you. Helpful as he is, I don’t think he will go quite that far. Easy walk to Main St and access to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse is well stocked with all the cookware and just about anything you may need. The furniture and bed was very comfortable The host even has pet beds and bowls. We really enjoyed our stay and Bill was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. We will happily rent this place again if we are staying downtown.

Wonderful place!

Our stay was great and we loved the accommodations! The master bedroom was nice and cool (in the summer). We loved the patio, garage, and big windows. We found two hiking/biking trails very close and loved to have our dog join us. Our host, Bill, was amazing!
