Located in historic Old Town, on Daly Ave. directly at the top of Main St. This recently updated home offers the best of two worlds, a short walk to Main St. and a quiet peaceful location in Old Town within steps to popular Daly Canyon for hikers and bikers. 5 star location for everything Park City has to offer. The main level is perfect for relaxing and apres' ski family time. Warm up in front of the cozy fireplace while enjoying your favorite tv show or movie on the LG Smart 65" flat screen with HDTV. Our high speed wifi allows you to work from home and is available to you on both levels of the house.

Feel like dining-in or entertaining? The well-equipped gourmet kitchen caters to your unique cooking needs with the highest-end appliances and upgrades:sub-zero refrigerator and sub-zero wine refrigerator, wolf range, hardwood floors, and marble countertops. Cooking spices/condiments will be stocked in our home. Feel free to use them if you need to... Our home is your home!

Two sets of high-efficiency LG washer and dryer will let you minimize the amount you need to pack into your suitcase and allow you to spend a few extra hours relaxing.

The private master suite on the second floor offers great views, a plush king size bed with high-end bedding, another 65" flat screen hdtv, spacious, relaxing steam shower, and his and her vanities.

The second and third bedrooms are both comfortable and private. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other a full. Family or guests will appreciate the private updated bathroom across the hall.

This cozy home is nestled in the perfect location to allow you to take advantage of all the skiing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, and dining Park City has to offer... Located just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Canyons Resort! The free shuttle picks up and drops off just one block from our home.

New hardwood floors throughout the foyer staircase, upstairs master bedroom, as well as wool carpets in the second and third bedrooms.

The kitchen was incredible. I had everything and anything I needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The description doesn't do it justice.The home was immaculate and sparkling clean!! I have a hard time with some mattresses. This one was perfect!! I would come back here in a heartbeat. And right at the top of Main Street! Wow!! I forgot to take pictures!! Oops!!

My fiancĂ© and I traveled to Utah for a wedding in early October and had an amazing stay at Kurt’s home in Park City. Kurt was great to communicate with—super responsive and helpful when we were planning our trip. When we arrived, the house was exactly what we hoped for and made for a perfect few days in Utah.We spent one night cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, but honestly, it wasn’t even necessary with Main Street and all its great restaurants and bars just a short walk away. One morning we went for a hike and loved that we could just walk out the front door, head up the street, and hit a beautiful trailhead within minutes.Having a car was nice but definitely not required—everything we wanted to do was either walkable or easy to get to on the free public transit. In the winter, this place would be a skier’s dream with how close it is to Park City and Deer Valley resorts.We loved our stay and will absolutely look to book Kurt’s place again next time we’re in PC!

Everything about this property was 5-star. Kurt, his wife and Kollin were all so accommodating. They left a pack-and-play, high chair and everything else needed for our almost two year old. The leaves were near peak and we loved our visit from Mamma Moose and Mr. Deer. Trail access was so convenient and we had a lovely hike straight from the house. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had s fabulous time cooking together in the gorgeous kitchen. Thanks again, we will be back!

to Main Street. Literally nestled into the mountain between Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. Hiking right off the back deck. Spotless. Definitely plan on returning. I can’t recommend enough.

Highly Recommend - GREAT LOCATION AND HOST

Our recent stay in Park City, UT, was nothing short of exceptional. The home was a perfect blend of comfort, class and convenience, providing an ideal base for our family's mountain getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the home's proximity to nature. With a hiking trail right out the back door, we enjoyed easy access to stunning mountain vistas and fresh air. We spent countless hours exploring the surrounding trails, discovering hidden gems and breathing in the crisp mountain air. In addition to the incredible outdoor opportunities, the home's location was also a major plus. Being just a short walk from downtown Park City, we had easy access to the town's vibrant shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, our experience staying in this home in Park City was truly memorable. The combination of natural beauty, convenience, and comfort made it the perfect place for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in the mountains.

Great location, beautiful home.

We stayed for a spring break ski trip. This is a well appointed home with quality bedding and kitchen supplies. Everything is high end. It is very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend staying here!! We did drive and pay for parking when we went skiing as we prefer skiing on the Canyons side and the shuttle is .2 miles on an incline. Overall this place is wonderful. The owner is extremely responsive and friendly. I hope to stay again!

Perfect Park City Stay

We absolutely loved this property - the location can’t be beat for proximity to PCMR during the day and eating on Main Street in the evenings. Perfect amount of space for our family of four. Great layout, cozy feel, super comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen in terms of plates/cups/cooking supplies, etc. Communication with Kurt and Kollin was easy; they were very responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place

Location was just above Main Street and we were able to walk to everything which was perfect. The house was clean and the responses from the owner were very helpful. We had a family of five and the space was sufficient, but for four people it would be perfect.

Great location for a winter stay

We checked in with our family (two young boys) and our dog and had a great stay. A primary bedroom upstairs with 2 bedrooms for the kids and a jack and Jill bath. Nice sized rooms and a cute little downstairs / kitchen / cozy spot to play games and watch movies. Amazing location to walk to town pre-ski in the morning for coffee and breakfast and perfect to walk to dinners / apres ski in the evenings. Kurt was super communicative and even found some lost AirPods and got them back to us back home. Highly recommend for a family stay in PC.

Fall get away

The best VRBO home we have stayed in. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kurt’s home so much. The house is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is extremely comfy. Our dogs also enjoyed the back deck. Perfect location to town. We definitely look forward to staying here again. Kurt and his son are great hosts.

Great Stay in Park City

This was our third stay at this property and it was wonderful as always. The upstairs hall bath has been renovated since last summer, and the new doors in the living and dining areas add to the view of the back yard. This property has everything you’d have at home which makes it perfect for the six of us. We look forward to stay #4.

Loved everything about this property! Owner was very responsive and informative. A close walk to Main Street and the free trolley stops right down the street which drops right at the ski lift. No need for a car when staying here. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

Awesome location, fantastic accommodations and excellent hosts.

The condo is beautiful and has more amenities and little touches that made us feel at home, much more than we had expected. Kollin and Kurt could not have been better hosts. I’d recommend to anyone and we’d would certainly rent again.
