For those wanting to stay in the heart of the action this condo is for you! A modern & sleek home in the historic downtown area, enjoy being minutes from endless outdoor & entertainment options. Park City Town Lift is just a short walk away getting you on the slopes in no time. The two-level condo is a dreamy retreat with a bright and open layout, stylish decor, plush furnishings, and access to a variety of shared amenities such as an outdoor hot tub and a charming lounge area.



The Space:

Located at the historic Blue Church Lodge, a Victorian-era style building steps away from Old Historic Main Street, this condo places you within walking distance to both downtown and the slopes! Inside the condo, you will find a chic home with a bright living space, two full bathrooms, two comfortable bedrooms with king beds, and a loft area, providing enough space for you and your group of up to 6 to spread out and relax.



On the ground level of the home you will find two comfortable bedrooms offering a quiet place to rest separate from the main living space. The first bedroom is a well-decorated and intimate space, with 3 windows filling the room with natural light. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a cushioned bench, and a 5-drawer dresser. A spacious closet offers added storage space in the room so you can easily unpack your personal items. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the second bedroom, a spacious room with a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a 5-drawer dresser, and a closet. A full bathroom is located across the hallway from the two bedrooms offering convenient access for the guests of the bedrooms. The bathroom features a modern single-sink vanity with storage space, and a stand-in shower with a sliding glass door. Rounding out the lower level is a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer, so you can easily keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.



Make your way up the stairs to the main living space where a spacious living room greets you. This chic room boasts an elegant style and includes high ceilings, several large windows, and an eye-catching wood-burning fireplace. Relax on the plush furnishings situated around the fireplace, with 2 couches and an oversized chair there is ample seating room for all in your group. The living room includes a coffee table, an oversized rug, and a flat-screen TV providing all you need for enjoying cozy movie nights in with your group. For those who need extra sleeping accommodations, the 3-cushioned couch can be turned into a pull-out bed.



On the other side of the living room is the cozy dining area where a table for 4 is situated underneath a stylish lighting fixture. Enjoy meals with your group in this light filled space that includes windows on both sides of the table. Just steps away from the table is the kitchen, an intimate and efficient space to prepare meals or quick snacks in. The kitchen includes like-new appliances and all the basic cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal, perfect for those times when you don’t want to stay in and cook. A full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo is situated near the kitchen and living room. A spiral metal staircase in the living/dining room takes you up to a cozy loft space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole home, one parking space in the parking garage, as well as access to a hot tub located right outside of the unit.

Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and just one block from Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.



Getting Around:

With its incredible location, this home places you within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District.



Uber/Lyft are also always available.



Other Things to Note:

Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.



Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

The best part of our stay here was the convenience of walking to the main street. Lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very accomodating. I needed an iron to press a some packed clothing before an event. As there was not one in the apartment, I called the host. Within an hour, someone knocked on my door with a brand new iron and ironing board, that was stellar. The apartment was great, had everything we needed although we did not do much cooking. I would stay here again.

We couldn't have found a better place and management group to help make our trip to Park City great. They made it possible for us to change our dates at the last minute without a penalty. And the place was exactly what we wanted – an awesome in-town location, that's very clean and comfortable. We will come back again.

Great location!

This property was one block from old town Park City so easy walk to many restaurants and bars. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everything was in pristine condition. The kitchen was well stocked, bedding and towels were nice quality. Both bedrooms are on the bottom floor and share a bathroom. The other bathroom is on the second floor with the living area and kitchen. We did not need to use the loft but you would need to be careful - after going up the spiral staircase, there are a few ladder steps on the wall to get to the gated loft.

Park City Gem

Great 2 bedroom condo with central air conditioning. None of the other units in our complex had central AC and their guests were not happy. So close to everything! Condo was immaculate & had everything we needed for a week long stay. Would highly recommend!
