The two living areas each feature a cozy fireplace, smart TV, and board games. The chef-inspired kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a Jura coffee system, and a large island with seating for 3, plus bar seating for 4—ideal for casual breakfasts or shared meals. NOTE: Upon arrival, a member of our team will personally walk you through the home to help you get comfortable with its unique features and ensure you’re set up for a wonderful stay.

NOTE: For the comfort of our guests and out of respect for our full-time residential neighbors, this home is equipped with noise and smoking monitors. These devices alert us only if noise exceeds a set decibel level or if smoking is detected, helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. There are no cameras in or around the home.

NOTE: Rental guests will have access to only the following Promontory Conservancy amenities: hiking trails, Saddleback Lake & amphitheater, tubing hill, Mountain Garden Pond & soccer field, and bocce ball park.

NOTE: For the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property, this home is equipped with seven exterior security cameras.

• Four exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home and monitor the front entry, driveway, and exterior approach areas.
• Three exterior security cameras are located at the rear of the home and monitor the backyard and exterior perimeter areas.

These cameras are used solely for security, safety, and property protection purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices located inside the home. The cameras do not monitor any interior living spaces.

• Please note that our home is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Spectacular views from the expansive decks and patios PLEASE NOTE: These areas are limited for guest use during the winter months due to snow and ice build-up, which can create a safety hazard for guests.

• Heated 2-car garage with additional parking for 2 to 3 more vehicles in the private driveway (no parking is permitted along the road)

There were a few issues with the smart home, lighting, and fireplace while we stayed there. StayLux was on top of them immediately and sent someone over same day to resolve. IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

We utilized the home for a small work retreat. We loved the multiple gathering spaces (main level, basement / outside / upstairs library / office) to have great discussions together. The area is gorgeous and the house is very well kept!

Excellent Retreat for our Work Team!

We used this home for our small business to host a work retreat. The location and the condition was excellent. We loved the fall leaves and the beautiful view. There were multiple spaces for our team to connect together inside and outside the home. We are planning to use it again next Fall!

Great Place

We had a great stay at this property. The home is exactly as described; spacious, well maintained, and ideal for a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped along with the rest of the amenities. The views overlooking Park City Ski Resort are outstanding and were a highlight of the trip. The management company was responsive and easy to work with throughout our stay. The home was clean upon arrival and clearly well cared for. Although it’s about a 15–20 minute drive to the resort, the drive is straightforward and easy. We had significant snowfall while there, and the crew did an excellent job keeping the driveway and key areas cleared. Would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding house for two families of five. Two masters and 3 rooms including bunk to spread kids out. House was impeccably appointed, all bedrooms en-suite, full complement of technology throughout the house. Large and very usable outdoor space and excellent service. Will absolutely return.
