You can sleep 15 adults and more kiddos (with the top, tiny bunk in the upper bunk room and sleeping 2 kiddos in the full beds in the lower bunk room - max would add 3 kiddos to the 15 larger body beds)

Nice centrally located property with many amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Our group enjoyed the shuffle board table and spending time in the great room. The only mishap we had was we planned for two adults to stay in the 6th bunkroom which it is not suited for.

Large and comfy

What a lovely property! Great sleeping arrangements for couples and children, and plenty of bathrooms! The hot tub was a bonus! The kitchen was very well equipped. Our only comment would be that it is a little farther than 200 steps to get to the mountain! And it’s all uphill! We were hoping for a little bit more ski in ski out situation, but we made it work and it was fabulous! Park city itself is awesome with a wonderful restaurants and shops! We will be back!

Great Ski Home for a Large Group

We really enjoyed our stay. It had enough rooms/beddding for our group of 16. It also had a fun great room with pool and shuffle board that was a hit with both kids and adults. It was a 10-12 minute walk to Park City ski slopes. But there were also public buses running regularly (1 Red) that dropped us off right outside the house and picked up on the other side of the road. The hot tub was also a nice touch after a good day of skiing, and we loved their dining table filled with quotes that had seating for 8. The only suggestion for improvement is for them to add a lock to the bathroom at the mid-level. In a nutshell, it was really great staying here for our ski vacation, and we would love to come back again!!

Excellent home

This house is an incredible home base for skiers and less adventurous types alike. We housed three families, 6 adults and 8 children, with plenty of room for everyone. Proximity to the slopes is fantastic, just a short walk up the hill. Busses ten steps from the front door made everything in town very accessible for our non-skiers. Communication with the host management company was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Park City.

Amazing place and great location!

We had a bit of a unique purpose for the Vrbo in that we were using it for a women’s fitness retreat. The owner could not have been more accommodating and quickly answered all our questions. The place was clean and well organized and suited our group well. The only down side was the bunk room was really for small children (4 max) and not for adults. The beds are smaller than twin size.

Perfect place for family

Everything was terrific. Great location for both park city and deer valley as the bus is right at front door. House is well appointed and exactly as advertised. Linsly, the owner, and the mgmt company we’re very responsive although we didn’t need much. We did use aloha for ski check to make the 7 minute easy walk a bit easier each day. Huge house!

Lovely location within walking distance to the ski lift and a wonderful hot tub waiting at the end of the day. Owner and property management quick to respond to any query or situation. Great stay overall and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful house and hosts

Overall the stay was exactly as advertised. It's a spacious house with a good open floor plan and kitchen in the main room. We were a group of 10 adults celebrating 50th birthdays. We cooked a lot and made good use of the shuffle board and pool tables. We were easily able to walk to town for a couple of meals out. Also we had great lines of communication with the property manager and owners. No real issues but anything that did come up was dealt with immediately. The only 2 notes I would say is that a couple of the bunk beds are definitely more for kids than full grown adults. I think that is mentioned in the description, but we didn't fully account for it. Also it is on the main road so it can be a little noisier than if it were off of Park a block or two. I would definitely stay here again summer or winter. It was great for our group and would be even better for 2 or 3 families or a big extended family.
