The Fawngrove condominiums are located just minutes from the Deer Valley resort plaza and situated next to a gorgeous lake in the Snow Park valley. The convenience of the free local shuttle makes this complex very desirable for a group without a rental vehicle as well. If the location alone is not enough to make this condo a great choice for your lodging you will love the upgraded interior of this quiet and cozy 2700 sq. ft., five-bedroom condo.

The living room, kitchen and dining area are all combined in one great room, providing plenty of space for your group to lounge and gather. The kitchen has been upgraded with newly refaced cabinetry, appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a large sectional couch for curling up by the fire or enjoying your favorite movie on the huge 70" HDTV! Also in the living room is a separate dining area to accommodate a large group,. This large 5 bedroom condo is sure to make your vacation comfortable and pleasant!

Kitchen: Beautifully upgraded with granite counter tops, bronze fixtures and new appliances. This kitchen is loaded with everything you would expect in a high quality home. You’ll be able to whip up gourmet meals after a long day on the slopes!

Living Room: The view from this room is awesome with sweeping views of the Deer Valley mountain area and the lake located behind the condo. It is setup with a cozy, large sectional sofa and a chaise lounger paired with a floor to ceiling rock mantle and a gas fireplace. Separate dining area with seating for four. 70” HDTV with VCR, DVD and stereo system.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dinner table with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar area.

Den – This room is located on the 1st floor, basement level and includes a cozy seating area with a 42” HDTV with cable service and DVD player. The entrance from the common area underground parking garage is on this level as well.

Bedrooms:
Primary – King bed with a beautiful bed frame set the stage in this lovely master suite. The attached bathroom has also been remodeled with granite and bronze fixtures. HDTV with cable service. Located on 3rd floor.
Second – King bed and a floor to ceiling window with great views of the Deer Valley area. HDTV with cable service. Located on the 2nd floor.
Third – King bed with a full, attached bathroom. HDTV with cable service. Located on the 1st floor.
Fourth – Two sets of twin bunk beds. Bathroom located just outside in the den area. Located on the 1st floor.
Fifth – Two twin beds. Full attached bathroom. HDTV with cable service. Located on the 3rd floor.
Loft - This room has a brand new queen size sofa sleeper, HDTV and a dresser. Bathroom located at the bottom of the steps in the living room area or share with the primary/twin bedrooms.

Hot Tub: Brand new for 2024! Private to unit, located outside on patio off living room area. This hot tub has amazing views of the Deer Valley mountains and the beautiful lake behind the condo. Winter only.

The townhome was exactly like the photos. It was perfect for our family trip. Bus stop right in front makes it easily accessible to the mountain or town. Alpine Ski Properties does a great job communicating with us throughout the stay. Will look to book this place again.

Great place to stay

Loved the property and it had plenty of room for our large group to spread out. Only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t working and we couldn’t get it fixed but it had an amazing view and looked like it would have been great to soak in after skiing!

Amazing Ski Weekend Getaway

We loved the house. Very spacious living and dining area for all of our guests, clean, modern, and easily accessible to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The bus stop located right outside of the house was super convenient. The hosts were responsive for all of our questions as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay!

The property was perfect for our group trip to Park City! Walkable to Deer Valley resort and/or a quick shuttle. Very easy to get to Main St either by walk or Uber. The place was in fabulous condition and had everything we needed. Best part was the large living room/couch so we could all hang out together and the number of bathrooms! Almost every bedroom had a shower which was really great. The Alpine Ski Rental team was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Great location but needs updates

We have been to park city/deer valley several times. The location of this house/condo was perfect! The size of the condo was huge. The layout was great. There were 10 of us ages 13-55. The house needs updated. Shower curtain lines are torn, bath mats are either stained or dirty, kitchen utensils/cookware needs to be updated. The 2 “queen beds” are actually full beds The bunk room and king room are in basement as advertised. There are NO windows in these rooms. The den was great. Large sectional was a win but extreme my old. Hot water runs out fast. Washer and dryer is in basement but there is a spot for it on 2nd floor. I would stay here again but I hope they do some updates.

Reviewer Comments: We had our flights canceled last minute by Southwest Airlines and had to cancel our vacation. We got ZERO of our costs back from VRBO//Alpine. Not even the cleaning fees that were not needed because no one stayed there. We were out of $14800. Make sure to get the travel insurance. I won’t rate the property because we never got there and I would not want to hurt the review ratings from others.

We were A little skeptical given a recent bad review however we were pleasantly surprised at the property and it’s amenity. Every person had a bed and there were multiple bathrooms. The hot tub is the best part and you have a beautiful view of Deer Valley. The kitchen had all appliances we needed and was a great size for cooking. This property is on the shuttle path so we never had to pay for rides or even rent a car. Yes the property and furniture is a little outdated but it was perfect for everything our group needed and we were on the slopes majority of the day. Also bunkbeds were the comfiest so highly recommend snagging that room!

This was a lovely place and was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and the location was amazing. Big points for the hot tub. The only complaint was that the downstairs area could get a bit cold.

Worst Vacation Rental Ever in 20 Years

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in terrible condition and the owner should be ashamed. Besides being dirty, the beds and bedding are old, lumpy mattresses, and gross blankets that are fit only for the garbage. Most rooms are so dark you can't see with minimal lighting. The main room furniture is dirty and uncomfortable. Two showers were broken, had mildew-only one person could shower at a time because you run out of hot water. There is inadequate cooking supplies, a broken coffee maker that took five days to replace and many asks. We finally bought our own. If you turn off the fireplace the starter went out and you couldn't use it the next time. Their proposed solution- leave it on 24 hours a day. It didn't feel safe to do so. There were no basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, soap when we arrived. When we asked they delivered a half used toll of paper towel and a plastic bottle with one inch of a yellow chemical. No kidding! We had to go out and buy our own. I could go on but I believe my point is made. Do yourself a favor and book a different condo.

Great spot for a family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to walk to the base at Deer Valley. The condo was clean, but somewhat dated with the carpet and furniture. We had an issue with the hot water heater and hot tub that were both resolved within 30 minutes of us calling the management company! Overall, I would definitely come again, and this place is a great value for a family ski trip.

Great rental and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the unit. Close to the shuttle. Roomy with 5 bedrooms and baths which covered all 14 of us. Hot tub was great!
