WELCOME TO ASPEN CREST SOUTH │ Hosted by Olcha Property Management
This unit is one of two side-by-side units located in the most charming residential area of Old Town Park City. This home measures 1,100 square feet, features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 private balconies and boasts incredible panoramic views of Historic Old Town Park City. Located in the heart of Old Town Park City, our home away from home will afford you the best of all worlds, with the great Old Town location, easy trail access, great views, and cozy comfort. With two bedrooms and one and half bathrooms, this is perfect for a small family or group of friends.

Aspen Crest is virtually ski-in/out. It is a quick, flat walk to the end of the street and a short traverse to PCMR's Norfolk Access run, which joins the Quit'n Time run, leading to the Town Lift. From the front door, you are literally less than 10 minutes from enjoying skiing or snowboarding.

For Main Street restaurants, bars, and shopping; it's a five minute walk down three sets of city maintained stairs, placing you at the top of Main Street right at Grappa Restaurant and the Wasatch Brew Pub, two of Old Town's most popular destinations.

You will feel instantly at home among the charming décor featured throughout the unit. The open concept living space is functional and comfortable. From here, you can enjoy the view of the 40-inch flat screen TV or the mountain panoramas. This warm and cozy environment is augmented by an easily operated electric fireplace. During the warmer months, head on out to your private deck, where you can relax and take in the views or dine alfresco. Both the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated.

Both bedrooms are located downstairs. The first boasts a tempurpedic queen bed, 36-inch flat screen, and french doors leading to the private deck. The second bedroom has two twins and a pack-and-play. Wherever you sleep, thick comforters and cozy linens will ensure a blissful night’s rest.

Centered in Old Town Park City, you will have plenty to see and do immediately surrounding you. With chairlifts, ski runs, and the restaurants and entertainment spots of Main Street within a short walk from your front door, you can’t beat the convenience of this beautiful home.

IMPORTANT ADVISORIES:

AIR CONDITIONING - THIS HOME HAS A PORTABLE A/C UNIT ON THE MAIN LIVING LEVEL. IT DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL A/C. The home is built in the side of a mountain slope so the bedrooms (on the lower level) are mostly enclosed and are consistently cooler than the upper level. We advise guests to open a window in the evening if you wish to take advantage of the cooler temps at night.

Perfect location for everything Park City, especially Main Street. Quiet street, and a great outdoor balcony with a beautiful view. We ate dinner outside on the balcony 5 out of 6 nights. Weather was a bit hot the first part of our visit but we opened windows and it was fine. Nights cooled down and we slept well in the very comfortable queen bed. Kitchen has everything you need. Place was clean. Check in easy. Hiking trails all around. We were pleased.

Had more than expected!

I was pleasantly surprised that the property had an AC in the living room which was on when I arrived. I didn't need it for the rest of the stay but it was nice it was there. I also found some coffee and there was also a Keurig for those who want to bring pods.A couple of hints: Back in to the parking slot. It's a very narrow street and backing out into it is more problematic. If you normally live at sea level and haven't spent enough time at elevation to acclimate, walking into and back from town is a bit of a challenge. And parking is a nightmare in town. Ride share is the way to go.

Great rental!

This is an excellent rental in the village of Park City. The location to town is great, an easy walk. Easy ski-in-and-out option at the end of the block, too. The house was clean and comfy. We had a great stay!

The condo was very clean, updated kitchen and bathrooms, well stocked with kitchen supplies, lots of clean,fluffy towels, easy walk down to Main St (a little tougher going back up). Responsive communication. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Great location in Park Cities. Steps away from Main Street and great food/shopping. Also only a 10 minute drive to awesome mountain biking and hiking in Deer Valley. Lots of windows to open up and get a cross breeze throughout the unit. Overall very comfortable for me, my husband and 12 year old son.

Fantastic Location for a Ski Trip

This was the perfect home for our ski trip. It was cozy, yet spacious and was perfectly located near one of the trails that takes you directly to the town lift. The host was also very professional and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy great location!

The condo was super cozy and clean. Loved the mountain views and proximity to town. Easy to get to Main street, but please be ready to climb a lot of steps back up to condo. Totally doable but if not use to the altitude, you may need to slow go it. Also the fireside stove was cool but we couldn't get it going even with starter sticks- so I missed having a fire. But Michelle was amazing getting us the starter sticks within minutes of my text. She personally delivered the sticks. Overall, a lovely condo for 4 people!

Great place on a large hill

Great place! It is on a hill so be aware to get to Main Street, you need to walk down over 100 stairs. You can only ski on/off to Norfolk Road when there is good snow. It was a work out to get up and down to Main Street. Small washer/dryer that worked really well. So fun to be close to Main Street.
