During this season of Covid-19 we are going above and beyond the VRBO guidelines for cancellation. If the state of UT, the county of Summit, Park City Mntn Resort or the Deer Valley Resort increase their restrictions after 11/1/2020 and thru the ski season, we will allow you to cancel your stay anytime prior to your stay with full refund if requested within 48 hours of the new, more restrictive policies. Even during your stay, if there are changes in COVID guidelines that close the resort, we will refund any remaining days of your stay that you depart by 10am.

This 3rd Floor, top of complex, unit has stunning views of the adjoining mountains, aspen tree grove and even the ski runs themselves. With elevator access from the heated underground parking garage, getting to and from is a breeze and comfortable ! On the Park City Mountain Resort, but facing the mountains instead of the lights, your evenings will be quiet, and without the noise and lights of night skiers, and the snow groomers. Also a northwest facing unit, so no early morning sunrises to wake you up to too early !!!

The interior of the unit is a modern contemporary finish with honed slate floors, alder cabinetry, and quartz tops in Kitchen. Both bathrooms are fully remodeled, the main bath has a large Jacuzzi air-jet soaking tub, with overhead rain-head shower to relax and complete the day. The Master Retreat has a king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #2, also on main floor, has a queen bed and its own flat screen TV as well. The Loft overlooks the whole unit, great kid great away, or a place for 3rd set of adults. With a full bed, twin sleeper sofa, and pull out twin trundle, could handle 3-4 kids , and also has its own flat screen TV to entertain them at night.

The main living space is an open concept from Kitchen, to Dining, and into the Family Room. With a large custom gas fireplace, seating for all in Family Room, Dining Room, and a BBQ on the back patio, its a families dream setup.

Snow Flower is located walking distance from Downtown Park City, also on the free city bus route. For skiing/snowboarding, just strap on the equipment, no travel needed as we are ski in / ski out for the best activities of the day. At the end of the day, just store your ski gear in your own private locker, and head up to the condo. Need a break while skiing, or family lunch, the locker serves a great drop zone for all skiing equipment, and safe and secure.

For those with some work to do in the off hours, we offer free high speed internet, along with cable TV. Snow Flower Condo's have a complete full size work out gym room with all the latest equipment as well.
