This lovely townhome has recently been restyled with all new furnishings, carpet and interior paint! This town home is located on Park Avenue, a couple of blocks away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort, and the Town Chairlift and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District is less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed!) These town homes provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

There are three level in this town home and it is approximately 1400 square feet in size. The entry (front door) actually faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located. This is the middle level of the town home, where you will find the combined kitchen, living room, and dining area, as well as one of the full bathrooms. The garage is on the lower level just off the street; the fourth bedroom and washer and dryer are on this level also. The master, second and third bedrooms, are on the top level, with a powder room in the hall and a full bath adjoining the master bedroom.

Living Room: Gas log fireplace, brand new 60 inch flat screen TV, memory foam queen sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Separated from the dining area and living room by a granite counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus 3 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, brand new 32 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, adjoining full bath with entry off the master and off the hallway (shared with other bedrooms). There is a private vanity in the master just outside the door into the bathroom.
Second – Queen bed, shares bathroom with 3rd bedroom.
Third – Queen bed, shares bathroom with 2nd bedroom.
Fourth – Two twin beds, full bath upstairs on main level.

Hot Tub: Common area outdoor hot tub on deck just outside front door (not available during summer season).

Laundry Room: New front load washer and dryer on lower level.

Air Conditioning: Yes, 2 portable units.

Garage: Attached 2 car.

Perfect location, roomy and comfortable

Chose this house for location and size, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the great amenities. Hosts were extremely responsive to our requests, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the kitchen is well stocked with good pots, pans, and utensils. Fold out bed was actually comfortable, and the fireplace was perfect. Highly recommended.

Great place for a family reunion

Such a great place for our cousins reunion -- the skiing half of us loved the proximity to the slopes, and the rest of us loved the hot tub, big table for puzzles, and walkability to everything in town. Easy check-in and exceptional communication about all of the details. Thanks!

Great location, outdated apartment

This property is great if you’re looking for a good location and are not worried about the amenities. A few key things need updating: furniture (ie broken drawers), shower (temperamental faucets) and some rooms are too small for the furniture placed in them. However, location is very central - an easy walk from the mountain (for adults and older children) and close walk from Main Street.

Adequate, but disappointing

There were several issues here, mostly minor but irritating. I think there were multiple causes, some the property itself, some the management company/cleaning service, and some perhaps due to Covid. The property is definitely old and worn. A piece of the kitchen countertop tile fell off on our first day, and the stove had been pulled out if it's slot enough that you couldn't open the dishwasher. A cabinet in a bedroom had drawers with broken pulls. Multiple light bulbs throughout the property were burnt out - so we bought replacements so the place wasn't so dark. When we arrived there were 2 women's swim suits left in one bathroom. There was no information in the unit as to local bus routes or dining options - sure we could find it out for ourselves, but providing handy information is the mark of a good host or management company. None of these ruined the trip, but overall left a bad impression of the unit and management company. We've stayed at many properties in Colorado over the years and never encountered so many issues.

close to it all

Not bad, overall. The location is good, close to ski area, lifts, and resturaunts. The property it self is just adequate, nothing special. Strict hot tub rules, small bathrooms, only one shower on top level, and one shower on the mid-level. The little bedroom adjacent to the garage is very cold. This is likely just a rental unit, no upgrades. Decor and fixtures are dated and needing some attention. Some door handles are loose or broken. It had basic kitchen supplies. Exccellent TV and internet if thats your thing.

Great location for resort activities

Great location; bus stop to mountain base is across the street, and is a short drive to Main Street. Property has a shared hot tub, but they restrict usage to before 8pm, and it was a popular spot. We just had to take turns with other guests after the mountain closed. Checkin process was was not clear when they confirmed via VRBO - just know you have to go to the property rental office in order to get instructions to access property.

great location for skiing, some issues though

The property is great for skiing. You can actually walk to Park City lifts or home, but the bus stops right outside. Parking for 2 cars in the garage. Great dining table for 8 (or more if you squeeze) and a gas fireplace (you need matches to light it). A little short on silverware. The bed in the middle bedroom is unacceptable, and there is no closet in the room. Toilet on the main level was non-functioning. Two full baths, (also a 1/2 bath) but take care in the shower. Water suddenly shifts from warm to cold to scalding. Hot tub is only warm.

Nice place, good location, we had challenges

Condo was as described. Walkable to the ski resort, near the bus routes. Kids liked the hot tub. Surprisingly well stocked with dish detergent, laundry detergent, sugar, flour, other cooking basics. Only major issue was no water on the next to last day. Pipes froze, management company was responsive and eventually resolved the issue. Made for excitement as we're gettting ready for another day of skiing with no running water (including flushing toilets). Snow was removed from the driveway, but the plowing left snow near the garage door that made it a bit challenging to get out some mornings (minor inconvenience). Bottom line it was fine for two families of 5 with some youngish kids.
