Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the lower level features a handsome, metal-framed, king-size bed, sleeping two. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate soaking tub and easy step in shower.



Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the lower level features two sets of bunk beds (twin-size over twin-size and twin-size over queen-size) and a queen-size Murphy bed, sleeping 7 total. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a dual shower/tub.



Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features a king-size bed, sleeping 2. This bedroom has hallway access to a guest bathroom.

Air Conditioning: This home has a split A/C located in the living room to keep the kitchen and living area cool for those warm summer days. To keep you perfectly comfortable year-round, the lower level features luxurious radiant floor heating for cozy, draft-free warmth in the winter, and it stays naturally cool during the summer.
