In the summer, the unit is perfectly situated on the golf course, offering great access for golfers and a peaceful setting for evening strolls. Just a quick and easy 3-minute walk brings you to the lifts, and the cross-country ski trail runs right by the unit.

Great location in relation to ski village and lifts. Property was as described and the host was very responsive. Parking was easy and condo was clean/well stocked except for under furniture, which we noticed when we moved chairs/table to see the TV. Notified host and they plan to address with cleaning crew so unlikely this will be a problem going forward. I would definitely stay here again.

Great option close to lifts

Great option for a condo at the base. Very convenient and close to the lifts. The walk is a touch uphill so we made it even easier on ourselves and left our skis at the rental shop at the base. Carried our boots over and away we went. There were 3 adults and it worked really well. Well stocked with the right kitchen items, washer/dryer, humidfier, etc. Never found the hot tub which was a bummer. We would consider for the future.

Just right for a family with kids

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood at the foot of a ski slope. There are some wonderful hiking trails just steps away. The house was perfect for us, plenty of room, nice amenities, pretty view. The best part was the room for the kids, upstairs, bunkbeds, it was like a luxury hide out for them. We had a wonderful time. The house is also close to restaurants and the grocery store.

3 Kings great unit walking to slopes

Great unit, 3 Kings is most convenient. Only issues were that pool was closed (some sort of issue with HOA.. kids had been looking forward to pool :(). And kitchen was well equipped but no spices so you’ll have to bring or buy everything for cooking. Very clean, very responsive manager, comfortable and super easy for skiing. Bus just outside so easy to and from restaurants too.

Great location!

We were very happy with this property. Of all the properties in this Three Kings development, this one is probably situated the closest to the slopes. Also, it is well furnished and has great windows / natural lighting (especially compared to the the other large condo development next door, where we had friends staying). The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed. Big thumbs up!
