Welcome to Woodys Woodside - our mountain retreat in Old Town Park City — a beautifully updated condo offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and ski convenience. Located on Upper Woodside Avenue, you’ll enjoy a prime walk-to-ski location just steps from the ‘Quit ’N Time’ run and minutes from Main Street’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

While not directly on the slopes, our home provides easy ski-in/ski-out access — simply walk to the public city steps (0.1 miles) or the Town Lift (0.4 miles) where you can buy lift tickets, skip base area crowds, and be at mid-mountain in minutes.

After a day on the mountain, relax by the fireplace, unwind in the living room with smart TV, or prepare dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests, with two bedrooms each with a queen bed and single pull-out, a living area with a convertible queen bed, and one full bathroom with a tub.

You will also enjoy convenient amenities like a full-size washer and dryer, ski racks, two tandem parking spots, and a Pack ’n Play for little ones. Please note there are stairs leading to the unit, and we are unable to offer early check-in, late check-out, or luggage storage — though mobile valet luggage services are available nearby.

Whether you are planning a family ski vacation, a romantic mountain getaway, or a friends’ trip to Park City, Woodys Woodside condo is your perfect home base for adventure and relaxation.


Our updated Park City condo combines mountain charm with modern comfort. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, it is perfect for relaxing after skiing or exploring Main Street’s restaurants and boutiques.

Master – Queen bed + single pull-out, with private vanity and sink

Guest – Queen bed + single pull-out, with vanity area

Living room: Sectional sofa, smart TV, fireplace, and private balcony

Additional sleeping area: Converts to a queen bed

Bathroom: One full bath with a tub/shower combo — perfect for aprùs-ski soaking

Dining area: Seats up to 8 for meals or games

Extras: Full kitchen, washer/dryer, ski racks, Pack ’n Play, and 2 tandem parking spots

Please note: there are stairs leading up to the condo.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo, including all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, and laundry area. Two tandem parking spots are included.

No car is needed to enjoy Park City! You can walk to the Town Lift (0.4 miles) or the public city steps (0.1 miles) for quick access to the Quit ’N Time ski run. Main Street is just steps away, offering dining, shopping, and aprùs-ski fun — all easily walkable from your front door.

Other things to note

No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, including patios or outdoor spaces ($1,000 HOA fine applies).

No eating on the couch. Stains may result in a $500 cleaning/replacement fee.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

More than 6 guests = $20 per person, per night additional fee.

Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage are not available.

We recommend using a mobile luggage valet service.

Stairs are required to access the unit.

Park City Ski Trip

Great location for a ski in ski out vacation! Access to the trail and Main Street right outside your door. Comfortable living space for 4 people but not really more due to the single shared bathroom on the second floor. Vanity in bathroom is not flush to the wall. Bedrooms large but mattresses and pillows are hard futon like mattresses. Temperature control in the bedrooms difficult due to single thermostat on the main floor. Neighbors smoking marijuana definitely comes through the walls or vents or floors. Overall happy because of location as we are big skiers.

Excellent Stay

My family and I stayed here for our first time visiting Park City. Excellent location, just a quick walk to the lift. The house was stocked with lots of extras in the kitchen. The living room futon was super comfy! The gist was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable and close to Main Street

Great location and easy to find. It was very nice to walk 2 blocks down to Main Street for dinner and shopping. Easy to get around Park City from this condo but you may want 4WD if it's snowy. The condo itself is comfortable for a family of 4. Some things mainly in the kitchen could use some updating and repairing. Good place to stay -- would stay again!

Although it's an older property, it has been well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! It was quite a few steps down to Main Street but it was great exercise. We would stay there again if going to Park City!

Really great location and comfortable stay!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a terrific stay over the holiday week. The location is amazingly convenient - not only is it ski in/ski out, but you can walk to town easily and there is also a large grocery store, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. only a 5 minute drive away. The living room is really cozy... was great to come back from skiing, turn the fireplace on and watch a movie. My son slept on the pullout in the living room (a little firm, but got the job done!) while my daughter had her own bedroom upstairs. Plenty of linens, paper products, dishes, glasses etc. and the whole place was really clean. We were first-timers to Park City, and would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

Perfect location for a Ski trip and Historic main street

The condo location was great for my family ski trip, we walked a few feet to the nearby stairs, climbed up the stairs to the Quit N Time slope which leads directly to the town lift. At the end of the ski day we would stop at the same spot of the Quit N Time slope, walk down the stairs and get back to the condo in a few minutes. We would then relax for a while in front of the fireplace with a beautiful view of the historic town before we would head down for a walk at the historic main street. The historic main street is a short walk down from the condo. There is also a 7 eleven convenience store immediately when you get to the historic main street in case you need to get some groceries. Very close to great restaurants on these part of the city. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone on a ski trip to Park City!

Fantastic Ski-in Ski-out condo

We loved the location of this condo - how easy it was to park, walk to the shops, and walk right up the stairs to the Quit'n'Time slope to ski down to Town Lift. The manager was super easy to work with and answered all our questions before arrival. We really appreciated that the condo was stocked with all the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergent, and some basic staples in the kitchen. The views from the condo are great and the balcony with small seating area is fun too. There were a few games and reading materials which are also nice to have. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Comfortable place. Very well equipped kitchen. more convenient to the slopes than I could discern from the map before arriving- less than a 2min walk from the condo to the click-in or click-out point on the hill. Friendly and timely comms with the owner. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a guys trip. Location perfect access to the slopes. Communication with owner was quick. Small details: one tv upstairs didn’t work in one room but the other room worked fine. Other than that all was good. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as described. The location was great, short walk to the lifts and to Main Street. The condo was stocked with amenities above and beyond of what we needed.
