Pool is closed for the summer. Main Street Park City is directly out our units bedroom window along with the Town Lift. Car is optional here. Perfect for relaxing and family time. Warm up in front of the cozy, wood-burning fireplace while enjoying your favorite TV show or movie on the 60" flat screen HDTV.

Free HotSight wifi provides a great user experience and is available for you throughout. Our internet is fast, reliable, and secure. Free tech support if needed.

Two bedroom condo has beautifully renovated both bathrooms, kitchen, as well as new flooring and modern touches throughout. Very well done with updated furnishings. Flat screen HDTV's mounted in both bedrooms.

Feel like dining-in or entertaining? The well-equipped kitchen caters to your unique cooking needs. Cooking spices/condiments will be stocked for you in our home. Feel free to use them if you need to
Our home is your home.

Walking distance to all Park City and it's Aprés-Ski scene, this fourth floor unit overlooks lower Main Street and is a short 50 yard walk to the Town Lift and all that historic Main Street has to offer. If location is the difference between a good Park City experience or a great one, this is the place.

Seasonal outdoor pool as well as year round hot tub. A completely renovated seasonal indoor hot tub and sauna. **Note that the Park Station outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed for summer 2025 undergoing a complete multi million dollar renovation. Since we are located away from the the construction... our guests will not be inconvenienced by the construction taking place.

Laundry is located in the building...very convenient.

Our Park Station complex has indoor and outdoor parking available for those that may decide to drive. Once you get settled, everything from our unit is a short walk, or if you'd rather, take the free town shuttle to pretty much anywhere, including historic Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, and The Tanger Outlet Mall. Free shuttle will pick you up and drop you off right at the front of Park Station--easy and convenient.

If you need a little more space for your stay, we own a second Park City property(3 bedroom/3 bath) located on Daly Avenue, just past the Grappa restaurant. VRBO listing 450059.

This was a fabulous place to stay in Park City! The condo was updated and spotless, and the location is perfect. Downtown Park City was at our doorstep, and the trail behind the condo was perfect for running and walking. Kurt was a responsive host and made sure everything was taken care of. Exactly as described. The owner was friendly with good communication. The unit was spacious and clean. Unlike other units, I have 100 before, it was well equipped with things you need to actually stay there. Quiet. Very close to the town lift. A free bus stop to the main PC resort/main lifts is about 150 yards away.

Great location & communication with host!

This unit is in very close walking distance to all park city restaurants & shops! Just a few steps away from the town lift where you can pick up your rentals & store your skis at night! Lockers are available as well! We will definitely stay in this unit again!

Great Getaway!

The location of this condo cannot be beat if you’re looking for quick access to Main Street. Kurt and his son were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating hosts. The condo had everything our family needed, plenty of space, and felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent Property and Excellent Property Manager!

This condo was as beautifully redone/updated and cozy as it gets! It was EXTREMELY clean and WELL appointed with all necessities. The location is EXCELLENT! It is at the base/bottom of Main Street meaning it touches the end. We would walk out the door and cross the street to be at the bottom of it all. We walked to breakfast every morning and dinner every night. The second bedroom has a beautiful view of the strung lights and Christmas tree between two buildings. The property manager and his communication was EXCELLENT! He made sure we were well versed in accessing the condo and all that was open and closed given it was off-season. He was very timely in answering all questions and gave us great tips of things to see and do and places to eat. I would give this property an A+++ It doesn't get better than this! We had an amazing first experience in Park City:)

Awesome location!

We really enjoyed our first time in Park City and staying in this condo! The location was perfect for us. It was steps to main street and allowed us to walk to dinners and breakfast in the morning
 Our children especially loved the fact that they could hook right into the walking trail next to the building and go on walks each day! The nice snow filled grassy area beneath the balcony provided lots of fun in the snow building snowmen and snow angels! It was such a clean condo, so comfortable and cozy! I loved that it was on the top floor and sat in the corner of the building! Working with Kurt and Kollin was so easy and they made our trip stress free for arrival and departure! Our family especially loved being able to use the hot tub on those chilly nights! Would definitely stay here again!

So Close!

We've been to Park City multiple times, but have never stayed so close to town. The condo couldn't have been better. Clean, nice, comfy, and the Owner communicated continually just to make sure everything was going as planned. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great Stay in Park City

Well appointed condo located in the heart of Park City. All rooms were were very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. Very convenient to town lift, shops, and restaurants. We rented a car but never needed it. Outdoor and indoor hot tubs were available to use and not crowded.

Excellent location, condo, and host!

We spent a week at Park Station with our two young kids and had a wonderful time. First: The location was everything, as it was a short walk to the town lift and Main Street (less than 5 min). The unit itself was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable (our 7 and 9 year olds also remarked on this!). Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in. Fireplace kept everything nice and cozy. And our host was exceptional. Kurt answered my (many!) questions in the weeks leading up to our trip. He went out of his way to help me plan a successful trip and he thoughtfully checked in during our trip to make sure all was well. Kurt, thank you and your family for your help! Kids are already asking when we can go back.

Phenomenal Place

Can't say enough about the condo. The place was spotless, well stocked with towels, paper products, kitchen supplies, etc, and the beds were very comfortable. And as the description says, location was absolutely perfect..less than 5 min walk to the town lift and main street, easy walk to the Park City transit center, and a 5 min drive to the groceries and other restaurant areas. The underground parking option was great, especially with the 2+ feet of snow we got during the week. Kurt and Kollin were very proactive with communicating check in/out info, and reached out during our stay just to make sure everything was up to par. Great place, reasonable price, perfect location, and responsive hosts. Thanks for letting us stay!
