We've spent the offseason making multiple updates! NEW PRIVATE COVERED PATIO WITH 8 PERSON HOTTUB and a completely remodeled and updated master bath! Not to mention brand tankless hot water heater for endless hot water, and new large capacity washer and dryer.

This mountain modern, five bedroom home offers the privacy and benefits (basement rec room, and two car garage!) of a single family home without sacrificing in town convenience and mountain proximity (less than 1/2 mile from Canyon’s Cabriolet.) All this adds up to the ultimate mountain retreat that sets a wonderful backdrop for lasting memories.

It’s the perfect location for all seasons - Less than 1/2 mile to the Canyon's Cabriolet, giving you easy access to Park City Resort, the largest ski resort in the US. This home also backs up to Matt Knopp park and amazing biking and walking or hiking trails to enjoy in the summer. Park City has over 40 miles of amazing bike trails and this home is at the center of them all.

With five bedrooms, all with queen beds, and two separate living spaces, this house is great for a single or multi family vacation or your adult getaway. Each bedroom has new premium mattresses and linens, helping provide the greatest comfort at your home away from home.

The newly redone and fully stocked kitchen provides a canvas for the master chef to create, or the tools for the shortcut cook to minimize time in the kitchen, whichever you prefer.

Jean was great to work with and the house was well adorned with appliances, games, etc. to keep a big family event going! The Cabriolet lift is very walkable, making access to the Canyons base really easy.

A family ski trip with a great house to stay in.

A Great House well maintained, with queen beds for all 5 couples. Nice and clean, host was excellent and easy to communicate with. Very close to the ski slopes and had a large hot tub to get the muscles back in shape after a day on the slopes. I would not change a thing.

Amazing Girls Weekend

From the start, Jean was very responsive and accommodating. The house itself is beautiful and well equipped for any type of stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice kitchen tools and the bedrooms and linens were very comfortable. The house was very spacious for our large group, and while we didn’t do any mountain activities, the house was within walking distance of a chairlift and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again and would gladly recommend it to others!

Perfect location for our reunion ski trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect, a walking distance to the lifts and only a 10 min drive to Downtown PC. Jean was so timely with her responses and was there for any need that we had. The house was great size for the 13 of us and had a wonderful open area to house all of us for meals and gatherings. I don't even want to call them "cons" because they're not a big deal, but we did have to automatically pay a hefty cleaning fee. If we're having to pay that, then I wouldn't think we'd need to strip the beds and begin laundry before we leave. Also, there was no laundry detergent, Keurig pods, and we ran out of dishwasher detergent. Again, not a big deal, but for the price that we paid for a group that large, we expected all that to be stocked. All in all, we 100% enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a ski getaway.

Wonderful property with great location next to Canyons

One thing to note for skiers - you could definitely walk to the Cabriolet lift within <10 min, or you can jump in the car and make the 2 minute drive and park in base camp.
