Our new construction home completed October '20 is perfect for your summer vacation.

Location, Location, Location! You will be staying right on the free bus route where you will be at the base of Park City or Deer Valley resorts in less than 10 minutes. You can also walk or use our two electric bikes to get to Main Street via the Rail Trail. The Jordanelle lake is a 5 minute drive.

Backyard includes swing set, fire pit, dining and lounge areas, and Big Green Egg smoker/grill. Community pool, playground, and pickle ball courts access included. Two 2 Rad electric bikes and '19 XC Volvo car available pending driving and insurance check.

This 5,000 square foot home allows you to spread out and enjoy your stay. 4 bedrooms and a living room make it very comfortable for 10+ guests.

On the main level, enjoy an inviting open floor plan with a living room with a fireplace, chefs kitchen with seating for 14, office with fire place, piano room, and owner's suite. On the lower level, enjoy three additional bedrooms, family and play room with kitchenette and dining space, and office/workout room.
