Panoramic Views, Ski Shuttle Out Front, Walk to Shops, Near Old Town Park City

All Seasons is the most convenient location in Park City, and this condo is the builder's unit on the top floor with a sweeping balcony that overlooks the Park City golf course (cross-country ski trail in winter) and the ski slopes at Park City Ski Resort. The views are fabulous through windows extending the length of the unit. It is right on the public golf course and, with southern exposure, a perfect place to enjoy summer.
Walk out the front door and ride the free Park City bus service from the covered bus stop beside the condominium driveway. Park City Ski slopes are just two blocks up the hill, with easy short-ride connections to Deer Valley and the Canyons. At the end of a great ski day, relax in our heated pool with Jacuzzi jets.
Across the street is Cole Sports and Jans, within easy walking distance is the main grocery store, drug store, several restaurants, and Starbucks.
This condo has a fully appointed kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large dining room area to accommodate up to eight persons. Gather in the family room in front of the fireplace and tell stories of the day, or watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV.
The master suite has a king bed and a jetted tub in the bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Each room has its own full bath, and all rooms have TVs.
If you have a car, which is not necessary, All Seasons has a heated garage with an elevator to all floors.

Perfect Condo

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a perfect location, can walk to lifts or take shuttle bus. Some folks figured out how to ski in. We had tons of powder then this spacious 3 rd floor condo to relax around the fireplace. Kitchen was fully outfitted and we picked up groceries and cooked most nights. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall beautiful condo and perfect.

Ideal location for Sundance/Slamdance

We hae a wonderful weeklong stay at this condo. It was very clean and well-kept. We were all impressed with the amenities, including a very well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, and even an outdoor hot tub! My colleagues and I were in Park City for Sundance and Slamdance, and we could not have asked for a more perfect location. There's a shuttle stop literally in front of the condo complex. And it's a short walk to several key venues for both Sundance and Slamdance events and screenings. Fresh Market is a short walk away, and there's a FedEx very close by as well (very useful if you have things to ship back home after the festivals). We will definitely come back!

Great Location

Property is nicely located near the lifts and with easy access to PC mountain and town busses. The unit was well equipped with anything needed. Nice touch that tissues had been provided in all the bathrooms. Underground garage and elevator made for easy unloading and loading. Everyone in our group enjoyed their time at the Condo. Will rent again next time.

We had an amazing ski trip thanks to Sandy and all of the snow! The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our group of 5. Fantastic location and property!

We highly recommend this condo for your next vacation. The location is perfect - no need for a car or the hassle of getting in and out of the parking lot at the mountain as it is ONE bus stop from base of PC mountain (the bus picks you up just outside the front door of the condo). Alternatively, it is close enough to walk to/from the mountain as well. The grocery store is just down the street and accessible by bus or walking as well. As far as the condo itself, it was perfect for our family of 5 with three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Washer and dryer included which allowed us to pack a little lighter. Kitchen has all of the amenities needed for cooking at home and enjoying dinner around the large kitchen table. After dinner the table was perfect for a family card game as well. The heated pool came in handy after a long day of skiing and the view from the deck is amazing. Finally, the communication from the host was great, always available for questions or assistance. Great memories and hope to do it again soon.

Great summer getaway

The condo was perfectly suited for our needs with 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the well stocked supplies (spices, paper towel, TP, soap, shampoo) and more than enough coffee for our stay. The ice-maker could not keep up with our needs since it was summer and no A/C, but this was easily remedied by purchasing ice. The pool is small, but we were the only ones using it 90% of the time so it was fine. Thank you! : )

Great Location to Park City Mountain Village

Great overall stay at All Seasons with perfect location to the Park City Mountain village. The bus stop immediately outside property was ideal for getting to the village, Canyons, and Main Street. Overall the property had everything we needed except an additional bed for our party of 8 people and not as many towels for our party since everyone was showering daily, so we had to do laundry everyday, not a bid deal just calling out. The overall building did look like it had years of wear and tear and was in the process of being updated, like wood support beams, but the overall amenities like the hot water pool was great for after a long day of skiing. The host was attentive with questions I had and very friendly.

A nice stay that was very convenient to the bus stop, bringing you to the base of the mountain and into town. We had issues getting in and the heat wasn't working the first night, but both were resolved relatively quickly.

Great time and the best snow of the season

Great apartment. Very comfortable. Great location if you want to ski at Park City. Just a short walk. Lots of room in the condo. We are a family of 4 with 2 sons 21 and 19 yo. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen and spacious dining area if you want to prepare your own meals. Outdoor heated pool was great for after ski beer and socializing. More like a huge jacuzzi. Very nice underground parking garage. Big spaces fitting our Jeep Grand Cherokee without a problem. Walking distance to the grocery store. Bus stop very close for town free transportation Host Sandy was fantastic. Very responsive, very helpful, taking care of any issues immediately. Thank you. Will definitely consider staying in this condo again.

Beautiful condo walking distance to Park City Mountain base

This is a nicely furnished and well equipped three bedroom condo very close to the mountain base. The kitchen is modern, the beds are comfortable and the layout is very functional. Everything in the condo, furniture, tableware, and so on is of high quality. The heated pool is a delight. Cole’s Sports, for ski rentals and equipment is right next door, very convenient.

Loved this spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo! Clean and convenient. Great location! We really enjoyed the view of Park City slopes and cross country skiers out the window every day. Great Location

The location of the condo was hard to beat. While we had to walk the 2 blocks uphill to the ski lifts, we could easily ski back home at the end of the day. The place itself lived up to the posting, however it did lack some basic household essentials that are usually found in a vrbo type rental like paper towels, kitchen towels and laundry detergent, which are helpful when staying at a rental place for a week. When we reached out to the property manager to see if they where hidden somewhere we where asked if we knew where the grocery store was...which we did, and ultimately purchased what we needed. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the space and took full advantage of the heated pool.

Easy and convenient

4 adults for a long ski weekend - property was very clean, instructions were clear. Tons of space. Very easy to deal with codes vs keys, and the covered garage made it super easy to go in and out in the car as needed. Can easily walk to slopes and grocery, though we did use the car for both as well... parking at the base is free and spared us some up and down hill in our ski boots. Only recommendation is that you may want to replace the runner when you walk in door (we couldn’t keep in place and easy to trip). Beautiful view out the window, would highly recommend!!
