Stay minutes from the lifts at Park City Canyons Village in this comfortable condo located in the Red Pine community. Walk or take the free Canyons Village shuttle to the lifts, then relax after a day on the mountain in the heated pool, hot tubs, or by the fireplace.

Enjoy the space and comfort of a full condo—living room, kitchen, and fireplace—for often the same price or less than a typical hotel room in Canyons Village, while having far more room to relax after skiing or snowboarding.

Parking is located directly outside the unit, making it easy to unload skis, snowboards, and luggage without hauling gear through long hotel corridors or parking garages.

The Space

This 650-square-foot condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests and features an open floor plan with a separate bedroom—ideal for couples, small families, or friends visiting Park City for skiing, snowboarding, or mountain adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island makes it easy to prepare breakfast before skiing or cook dinner after a day on the mountain. Many guests appreciate having a full kitchen instead of relying on restaurants for every meal.

The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, cozy recliner, and gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting place to relax after a day outdoors.

Just inside the entry you’ll find a gear rack for skis or snowboards along with a boot and glove dryer, providing a convenient place to store and warm your equipment so it’s ready for the next day on the mountain.

The separate bedroom includes a queen bed and private bath, while an additional vanity accessible from the kitchen makes it convenient for guests staying in the living area.

Step outside through the sliding glass door to a private patio with gas grill, perfect for crisp mountain evenings.

Easy Access to the Slopes

The condo is located just below the Canyons Village base area at Park City Mountain Resort, one of the largest ski resorts in North America.

The location was wonderful, we never used our car. Such a nice bonus to have a free shuttle service. The property was perfect! It had everything you need in the kitchen plus additional drinks, snacks, coffee etc. it even had boot warmers and a place for the skis to hang. The bed was very comfortable with extra blankets if needed. The pull out sofa bed was comfy too. Very responsive owner to any questions we had about the area. The connect App was perfect to get around in the area. Location was great to get to the ski area and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip

Getaway

I came to the Canyons to spend time with my daughter. It was the perfect location, as she lives just a few steps away from this unit. The place was clean and nicely decorated. There was some water, juice and drinks left in the fridge which was welcomed after a long flight. The kitchen was nicely stocked with many cooking items. The pool is a 2 minute walk across the parking lot. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Main Street in Park City for shopping and restaurants. If you want to take the bus to town it's a short 5 minute walk to the bus pick up. Scott was very quick in responding with answers to questions and being flexible with my check in and checkout time, which was very much appreciated. Such a beautiful area! The next time I come back I will definitely be looking up this place again. Thank you!

Clean, well stocked unit. Great access to skiing and all the Park City area has to offer. Canyons Village Connect shuttle service is such a nice perk. Scott was super responsive and a great host. I would definitely recommend this unit for any small family or couple.

Convenience and Peace of Mind

After a lot of research, we chose this property as our homebase for our Park city adventure, we were not disappointed. The location is a great launching point to the Canyons and easy enough to get to Park City to start your ski day if you prefer. The property was clean, spacious, well lit, and extremely well equipped for cooking. The owner was great at communicating and very helpful. Highly recommend, just don’t take my week for next year!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Scott‘s place has everything- it is fully equipped with extra towels, soap, and all the essentials. His place is very conveniently located in the Canyons Village. Scott recommended that we use the Canyons Village connect shuttle to get to the ski resort. The shuttle picked us up right outside our door- it was so convenient. Scott was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was 10/10! The unit was clean and very comfortable for my family, and the host was terrific who was very organized and communicative. Easy access to Canyons Village including the CV Connect service. We enjoyed the community heated pool and hot tub which are a short walk from the unit. The comfort and convenience of the property will surely have us as return visitors!

Cozy apartment to enjoy Park City

Scott was great in communicating and accommodating us for our stay. We received check-in information prior to our arrival so that getting into the unit was seamless and stress free. We landed early and were fortunate enough to be able to check-in in advance of our promised time. The apartment was well cleaned and stocked with everything needed for our stay. We did rent a car and parking was simple. It's walking distance to the Canyon lifts and a quick drive, Uber, or bus/shuttle to Main St and the Mountain Village lifts.
