Beautiful Updated Condominium in a Quiet Location at the Threshold of the COVETED Historic Main Street. Being located at The Threshold of Historic Main Street and the Town SKI Lift which takes you mid-mountain of Park City Mountain Resort, we are The BEST SKI AND APRES SKI LOCATION ( ski storage available at Town Ski Lift). NEW THIS WINTER FABULOUS NEW OUTDOOR HEATED POOL AND 2 NEW OUTDOOR HOTUBS. ALSO NEW ARE SEVERAL PROPANE FIRE PLACES AND SEATING AREAS. Its gonna be a great winter. This is where you want to be for abundant restaurant choices and ski resort access.

Due to Covid-19, the condo bedding has been switched from bedspreads to Duvet Covers which are switched out and laundered between guest stays. All bed decorative pillows have been put in storage. The beds look a bare but a better platform for the current times. Housekeeping is performing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting following CDC guidelines. Guest safety is our primary concern.
I am a Local Owner and Manager and am thrilled to be at your service. Our Condo is Newly Insulated, Painted and Furnished, New double pane Windows and New Patio Slider Doors, High-end Remodeled Bathrooms with Tiled Travertine Showers, Granite Counter Tops in both the Kitchen and Bathrooms, High-end Vessel Sinks, Well Stocked Kitchen including Quality Stainless Steel Cook Ware (new high quality pots and pans) Abundantly Stocked Kitchen necessities; Sharp Henckel knives for those who like to cook and a crock pot as per guest request. Provided in the condo are Extra Comforters and New Bedding.. Enjoy 3 Flat Screen Hi Def TV's and DVD's for each Bedroom and Living Room. Our condo Extremely Clean, Beautifully Furnished with Ski Motif Decor. Relax on our High End, luxurious and comfy leather couches by the fireplace. Laundry is in our building with elevator access and I provide a laundry basket and detergent. Enjoy the Walk Out Patio with Large Wrought Iron Patio Table and Chairs. Our patio/condo is literally a 2 minute walk from Park City's Mountain Resort TOWN SKI LIFT...WE OFFER A FANTASTIC CONDO IN A PRIME LOCATION. Grocery orders can be provided in condo prior to your arrival. You will Love it!!

Amenities include SALINE FILTERED (no chlorine) Heated Pool and indoor and 2 outdoor Hot Tub- saline filtered as well, and Sauna. Some Amenities open just winter and summer. Check with Karen for dates. No Need for a Car when Staying at our Retreat. Free Shuttle Bus Service to Deer Valley, The Canyons or Greater Park City, by the entrance of condo complex. In Summertime, I am steps away from the Sunday Park Silly Market, Savor the Summit Outdoor Party, The Park City Arts Festival or any Event or Concert that is hosted on Historic Main Street. Take the Free Shuttle bus from my condo to Deer Valley or The Canyon Concerts or head out Mountain Biking straight from our patio.

WIFI: the HotSite FREE wireless campus has been installed throughout to provide the best user experience in the region! Greater bandwidth, higher user access speeds, 24/7/365 system tech support, and free user support until 12 midnight! If internet access matters to you there is simply no better place to stay. This Wi-Fi system is thoroughly tested to be faster, more reliable, more secure and much better supported via free tech support than any other system in our area.

Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Remodeled Bathrooms. (Sleeps 4-5). Second bedroom has a Queen and Twin Bed. Laundry is in our building with elevator access and I provide laundry baskets and detergent. Rates posted are for a 4 person group. An additional charge for groups over 4 persons and a maximum of 5 persons. I do not host parties or party groups.

Our stay was fantastic! Wish we could have stayed longer. The location of this property is perfect, just a block to Main Street and all the great options Main Street has to offer with food and shopping. Great vibes! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was just what we needed. Nice and cozy. Also, fully stocked kitchen. The host was easily accessible and was quick to answer any questions we had when trying to find parking, etc. Great place! I would definitely go back again.

This place feels very homey and it’s located within walking distance to Main Street which is exactly what we wanted. We ran into a few issues at the beginning but the owner was really quick to make it right, she was really friendly and not only did she reach out by text but also called us to make sure we were taken care of. This was our first family trip with our little baby boy and it was just perfect.

A wonderful place!

This unit was fantastic - very clean, well decorated, well appointed and incredibly close to the Town Lift. This unit was perfect for my adult kids and myself. The unit owner was on top of everything and very easy to communicate with. I’ve stayed in several locations close to downtown and this is definitely my favorite.

Always wonderful!

We've stayed in this condo every year for the last 4 or so, usually for 2 1/2 weeks, and we would never dream of staying anywhere else. The property is immaculate and well maintained, the decor is tasteful, and it could not possibly be more convenient to the ski slopes: A short block and a half gets you to the town lift; half a block gets you to bus stops in both directions on the Park Street/Main Street bus lines.The kitchen is well equipped, and there is usually a good stock of staples such as cooking oil, spices, pancake syrup, coffee, and other basics.There is ample parking, including covered spaces inside of parking garages (4 in the adjacent garage, about another 10 in the next two).Big shout out to the owner, Karen. She is ultra-hospitable and very, very nice. If anything needs looking after - a burnt-out lightbulb, for example - just send her a message, and she'll have it taken care of ASAP.

One block from the Town Lift which has a rental shop right there. Huge outdoor hot tub right outside the building open 4-10pm. Right down town Park City. Unit is cozy with electric fireplace and nice patio. Will absolutely stay here next time I visit Park City. Don’t need a car but has parking pass.

This property is right at the north end of Main Street, so everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious kitchen. Parking was easy and the host is very easy to communicate with.

Weekend in Park City

Everything was perfect with this condo. The location was excellent. All of the rooms had thoughtful amenities to make you feel at home. Karen was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Noisy

Great location but very noisy. With no air conditioning you had to open the windows for air. The constant noise of being on Main Street made for a very short restless night sleep. Maybe a better winter rental. The unit itself is cozy but the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. Needs a stove that has all burners working and non stick frying pans.
