Overall the property was clean, comfortable and spacious. We would stay there again. We had an issue with the lower bedroom air conditioner not working but thankfully the nights cooled off enough to make it bearable. The property Manager= Randy was very responsive and committed to helping us. I appreciated his top notch service.

New Year's in Park City

The property was exactly as advertized. It was perfect me and my wife and our two young children. The Canyons area is great for young families. The Silverado was walkable to the base mountain area and the restaurants, etc. The only "negative" is with some of the newer developments that have recently delivered, the finishes at the Silverado feel a bit long in the tooth... We rented a car so the covered parking spot in the garage was super convenient. Also the check in process was excellent and the communication by the property manager was great (we told them we were flying in early and they actually had our room ready by early afternoon which was a wonderful surprise).

Great Place at a great price

Everything thing about condo was awesome! Only caveat I was not able to let them know is I think clothes dryer is about to go out. It took forever to dry clothes. The upstairs loft enabled kids to watch TV and play while Mom got to read. Adults could watch their own programs in bedrooms or living area. Plenty of space. Kitchen had everything I needed. Plenty of towels and a change of sheets. Loved it! Will go back.

Beautiful unit! Very clean. 1 sofa sleeper would not open, had to call maintenance which arrived at 10:30 PM. Central heaters Never Worked, we stayed warm with the fireplaces

Ideal comfort

My family loved this unit in the Silverado Lodge. Check in was easy, underground parking was incredibly convenient. Our home away from home was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. There is ample storage space. We were in walking distance to the lifts, and shops. Our view off the balcony was perfect for catching breathtaking sunrises. We would stay here again in any return trip to Park City.

Great stay over New Years

We had a great time overall. Unit was very comfortable. Loved the underground parking. A representative did say in an email that would meet us at the unit if desired. The email also said that we would be provided printed information about the unit so I did not see a reason to have someone meet with us. We never received printed information and could not locate any within the unit. It would have been helpful to know more about the property overall. We didn't know that we had access to a shuttle that would take us around the Canyons village which would have been nice before hiking all the way up to the Gondola in our ski gear. We also did not know if there were any requirements for check out other than the time. The front desk were very nice but a bit reluctant at times to share information because we were considered an airBnb rental. To be clear this was a great property, great unit. We would definitely return. More details for future guests would be recommended. Also a crock pot would be a nice addition!.

A Winter Wonderland

We loved the location. The underground parking was a great feature. The outdoor heated pool & hot tub were enjoyed on a snowy evening. Numerous fireplaces were very pleasant . We totally enjoyed our Thanksgiving 2019 as a family gathering! ! !

Greatest sleep of my adult life!

the space was wonderful but I have to say the interior style seemed out of date Sorry to say that Abd inspire if a the Brie pallet we had a wonderful stay but it would be nice to Refreah it, a new interiors mountain language would be fantastic Loved the kitchen and baths And had the best sleeps of my life on thst fantastic bed!! Can I have the brand of that mattress? We will be back!!! Thanks Jody salem

Great accommodation in a perfect location for Canyons and park city skiing. Convenient 2 min shuttle to slopes or free public bus to park city base. Bedrooms and communal space very comfortable with lots of space and well equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

A comfortable and spacious condo with everything you need within walking distance.

We loved our stay at the Silverado Lodge. They beds were comfortable and it was the perfect size for a family of three kids. The pool and spa were exactly what we needed to relax and keep our kids happy. The views of Park City from the condo were amazing. Everything you need for outdoor enthusiasts were within waking distance (Mountain Biking, Golfing, Skiing, Hiking, etc.) There are restaurants, shopping, gondola rides and everything you look for while staying in a Mountain Resort. I will recommend the Silverado to friends come back for another stay soon.

Great Place, Close to Lifts

The condo was perfect space for me and my two teenage sons. We could have easily had 6 people, maybe 8, stay comfortably here. It's a quick walk to the Canyons Village and the lifts. The resort shuttle was readily available if you wanted to avoid the uphill walk. We would stay here again. Also, price was very fair.

Great condo! It was so much bigger than we were expecting, just going off of pictures. Plenty of space for our family of five to be. The property was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed to make meals. The beds were super comfortable. We had a great time in the heated outdoor poor and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accomodating. You are right there at the ski resort with very easy access to the lifts. There are tons of restaurants, just minutes away. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Park City.
