WRP2350 Ski-in, Ski-out West Red Pine Estate

WRP2350 - This true ski-in, ski-out exquisite Timber`s residence is nestled in the Canyon`s Estates. Uniquely situated, it offers you a tranquil setting, immediate access to outdoor adventure and close proximity to historic downtown Park City. The privacy offered by this ski lodge, coupled with ideal access to all of Park City, makes it a perfect choice for your next trip to Utah.



The home offers 6,700 square feet of luxurious living space that incorporates six bedrooms, six and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining area, and a formal living room. Radiant heated floors are located throughout the whole house. The uniquely designed home, with four en-suite bedrooms, a bunk en-suite bedroom, an additional room with two twins and a loft with a Queen sofa sleeper, is ideal for multi-family stays. It sleeps 16. (Nine Beds including the sofa sleeper).



The main level includes the entrance, a King suite, a bedroom with two twins and the gourmet kitchen. The dining room, living room, mud room and patio with a gas BBQ are also located on this level. The upper level includes two King Suites and a loft.



The lower level includes a game room that encompasses a separate bar, a pool table, and a ping pong table. The 4th King suite and the Full over Full Bunk Suite are also located on this level. The theater room is also located on the lower level.

AC: Main Floor and Top Level Bedrooms have AC mini splits. No A/C on lower level

Wi-Fi: Free High Speed Wireless Internet: A second redundant high speed internet system, (StarLink) was recently added so there are now two high speed separate internet systems for the ultimate in reliability.

COFFEE: There is a Mr. Coffee/drip style and a Keurig machine

HOT TUB: Private Hot Tub on the lower level patio

SKI STORAGE: There is a ski room on the main floor to store skis and boots

CHILDREN: Pack-N-Play is available for guests’ use

PARKING: Room for 2 cars in the garage, plus 2 to 3 more on the heated driveway



SKI ACCESS: To ski-out simply walk out the back door and onto the ski access trail. Follow this trail down to the Sunrise lift, the village and the gondola. On the way back home, simply ski half way down the Retreat trail and take a right on the ski-access trail that leads right back to the house.



TRANSPORTATION: The free on-demand CVMA shuttle is available to you from 7 AM to 10 PM during the winter, at no charge. It will take you anywhere in the Canyons Village. Simply download the ‘Canyons Village Connect” app. Create an account, and then you can request complimentary rides. To travel outside the Canyons Village, check out the High Valley Transit app for complimentary rides.



PAYMENTS: Vrbo collects their Service Fee at booking. We (Red Sky Resorts) collect 50% of the reservation total (less Vrbo`s Fee) 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.

Amazing Memories

We had a group of 13, 7 adults & 6 kids ages 4-11. The house was a perfect fit for our group, with plenty of room for everyone. The theater room, hot tub, & snow kept the kids entertained. The adults enjoyed the high end kitchen & living room. The location is great. Minutes from Canyons Village, less than 15 minutes to downtown Park City, 10 minutes from grocery stores. Would love to stay in this house on our next trip out

Excellent Ski House

We had an excellent stay at this house. There was 7 of us on a ski trip and the ski-in/ski-out access was very accessible and super convenient. The house itself has a few rooms that updating but it seems to be in process as there are a few new bathrooms. Overall its a gorgeous property with very comfortable common areas, warm fireplaces and everything you'd need. We had a few small maintenance issues but the owner and property management team were very responsive and fixed everything quickly. We would return and recommend.

Overall great experience. Good location, well maintained property. A few concerns- very slippery, hazardous shower floors, only warm water in a few showers, throw rugs had to be rolled up due to trip hazard, especially for young ones. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing major. Thanks

Very nice house, but not well maintained -- broken parts in dishwasher and broken part in refrigerator, plus carpets were dirty. Also, very little shampoo and conditioner provided -- very skimpy given the rental rate.

Amazing House in the Canyons!!!

This is an amazing house with great views, awesome bedrooms, and a truly amazing movie room. Great house for kids and family. True ski in and ski out when the snow accommodates it. The property management team is amazing and accommodating in every way. Overall Great place to stay with several families!!!

Spring Break 2022

House was just right for two families of 6 for a total of 12 people. Kids loved the media room and pool table. The kitchen was stocked well and many meals were shared around the big dining room table. The hot tub was also a big hit. Ski in/out became a little dicey with the bare snow cover. The house was great, but the mountain is very short staffed so lifts were closed and many restaurants only offered outside dining. The service on the mountain was less than desirable due to the shortage of workers.

Wow wow wow!!

This place is gorgeous! We loved staying in this home. The location is fabulous- trails outside your back door to hike endlessly! There was enough space for everyone. A beautiful place to watch the snow fall. Everything was clean, comfy, lovely and we’d stay here again in a second!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We celebrated 6 birthdays within our family and this home was spacious enough for all of us. A bonus was each bedroom had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was great and quiet. The host was friendly and he responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a beautiful time with our family.

Family trip

Location was great. Air conditioning in master did not work well and dripped water. Went through several towels and had to keep off most of the time. It was warm and then the air quality from the fires kept windows open as a solution. The media room has no actual tv and poor screen quality, the refrigerator had faulty shelves that caused a few issues. The home was comfortable and great for a large group to have privacy. The location was quiet, easy access to hiking trails. We had a great time.

Less than expected

Great house & location but seriously lacking routine maintenance. Many burned out light bulbs, clogged shower heads, disorganized kitchen, potentially dangerous carbon monoxide exposure, and lack of help clearing snow & ice off driveway when the the heating device had to be shut down. This is a very expensive rental so we expected someone would have checked to see that everything worked before we arrived!

Great time

The home was beautiful. Only complaints were we could not use the hot tub the first 2 nights, because it needed draining and new chemicals. There was a shortage of wash cloths but received some soon. The family loved the t v room, pool table, and ping pong.....they also loved the video game. Truly ski in and ski home if their is plenty of snow. I will refer my friends and will definitely return

Dream house for teenagers and adults!

House was exactly as described and such a fun layout. We put all of the teenagers on the bottom floor which they loved since that's where the theater room, games, and jacuzzi are located. All of the master suite beds and bedding were SO comfortable. A couple of issues but the prop manager was lightening fast in responding and sending repair crew. Park City snowboard instructor came to the house every morning and took the kids out the back door to the trail to start their days on the mountain...so convenient! This house made for a wonderful vacation, highly recommend.
