House could not have be better situated. We had a brief delay getting into the house do to the cleaning crew running late, but the owner handled the issue and it was smooth sailing after that. Would definitely stay again.

Could not have a better location

I host an annual ski trip comprised of friends from across the country. We go to the Park City area every other year. It is nearly impossible to beat the convenience of this house with both great town access and ski in / ski out. David is also an incredibly responsive and helpful host. If you have a larger group, one item you may want to have in mind is that the access to the slopes / the hot tub is through one of the bedrooms so you'll want to get some salt to clean off some steps on the side of the house if you don't want to traffic through that room (relevant mostly if you're not one family).

Great house in Park City downtown w/ access to skiing

House was as advertised and was easy to work with owner. Short 2 blocks to the main street of Park City, and quick hike up the hill to Quitin' Time trail that leads to town lift. While you could ski over to Canyons side, was easer to drive or take bus there. Space was comfortable as a family of 4, but would likely be tight if you filled up all the beds and bedrooms.

Excellent location

True ski in ski out,. Fantastic location. Layout of house is great. We were 3 couples and one teenage son so bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. Communication with owner was good. We are from Sydney so happy to see house photos were truly represented. Only negative would be house only surface cleaned which could have been better and house a bit tied, but if more modern would probably have been more expensive. We would stay here again definitely.

Wonderful home in the middle of everything important in Park City. You can ski out the back door, and walk to everything Main Street, Park City has to offer. Communication with the owner was flawless. A must look if one desires convenience combined with utmost comfort.

Rented David's house from Thursday to Monday for along weekend with 2 other couples and 3 adult children. Place was clean, spacious and a perfect location with ski in ski out and walk to town. David was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. The loft bedroom should probably not be fit kids under 8-10 year old due to the stairs.

Lovely Accommodation

My wife and I stayed in this lovely home with our adult children and teenage grandchildren over Christmas week. The house was everything it was advertised to be and more. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and pots and pans to allow us to enjoy all of our meals in-house. The convenience of a garage for our rental vehicle was so nice. The hot tub on the upstairs level and the jacuzzi tub in the downstairs master bath were a pleasure to have. Both were well utilized every day after skiing. I’d bring my family back here in a heartbeat.

This property worked very well for our family of 10: 2-grandparents; 4-young adults; 4-kids from 2-13 years old. The property has a quiet location close to shops and restaurants of the downtown; good sleeping accommodations w/ comfortable beds & pillows; a kitchen for 2-cooks with sufficient pots/pans/tools/ misc. spices etc.; functional bathrooms on two floors; convenient parking for 2 cars. It's more comfortable than fancy. Park City is located in an area that includes mountainsides & hills - every direction leads to walking either up or down; it's a ski town. Although there are stairs to town, stairs into the house from the street, and stairs within the house, we had no difficulty getting around. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in PC and at this VRBO location. We'd return to this house if we had a sizeable group again; it is a good value.

Beautiful home, AMAZING LOCATION, awesome owner, highly recommended.

Our trip was perfect!! The home was large and very beautiful! Had everything we needed. The location was walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. And the things we couldn't walk to were literally minutes away by car. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. Plenty of towels for 5 people , even toiletries were provided! The owner of the home was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. He made everything so easy and even allowed us to check out later than listed since no one was checking in the day we were leaving. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

Awesome Park City location

We rented this property due to how close it is to Main Street and we loved it. There’s stairs that lead you right down to the heart of Main. Bars and restaurants are all right there. We had ten people stay at the home and it was a good size for us. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep. It wouldn’t be good for small children. There’s a cot and a futon bed up there. Those that slept on the futon said it was not comfortable. All the other beds in the home were comfortable though. The hot tub is awesome and very private. Parking is not ideal but very typical for Park City. There’s one garage spot and another in the driveway. You could fit two cars in the driveway if the cars are small. Otherwise, cars have to pay for parking nearby. The only thing we requested from dave is more paper towels and trash bags. We ran out. Dave is also very good at communication. We would really recommend his home!

Is a filthy place!

I have to say that the location of the house is unbeatable, and the host is very friendly. But, the conditions of the house were very poor. The floors are covered with rugs and carpets glued to the floor that haven’t been washed in a long time, and it was almost impossible to clean or mop the floors. The bathrooms had mildew and built ups from lack of cleaning. It was very disgusting. The house needs some TLC immediately!
