The ground level condo, boasts 1,984 square feet of exquisite mountain living space, with 3 bedrooms (all with en suites) and 3.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests.

From the communal garage and up the elevator, you will step through the door into the open and airy living area with high ceilings, hardwood flooring, mountain contemporary design, and plenty of natural light.

Living Room: Relax in the plush sectional sofa, which is also a queen sleeper. There is a warm gas fireplace and Smart TV for your entertainment for the cozy evenings in after a day on the slopes.

Kitchen: The fully equipped chef's kitchen features Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. There is bar seating for four where you can enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig coffee maker.

Dining Area: The lovely wood dining table offers seating for up to eight or nine diners. Step out onto a private patio to find a gas BBQ and outdoor seating to experience your meals or drinks in the fresh mountain air.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: A restful king bed, Smart TV, large window bathing the room with plenty of natural light, and an en suite bathroom. En Suite Bathroom offers a stone vanity with two sinks, a soothing jetted tub, and large tile/glass shower.

Master Bedroom 2: King bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. Ensuite offers a stone counter vanity and a tile/glass shower.

Bedroom 3 – Bunk Room: Full-size bed and twin over twin bunk beds with a twin trundle, closet space, and an ensuite bathroom. Ensuite offers a stone counter vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Additional Bathroom: Half bath in the entry hallway.

Outdoor Spaces:
The private patio off the dining area boasts a table with seating for six and a gas BBQ. The 2nd patio is covered and provides a private hot tub to relax in after a full day of activities.

The clubhouse has a heated community pool, large Jacuzzi, and a fitness center open all year-round, as well as the Silver Star private shuttle for transportation to nearby locations.
