Park City's free year-round transit system stops conveniently near the complex, making this an ideal Park City lodging choice.

This two-level townhome-style Park City vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining and living area, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, three private bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide space and privacy for families or groups. The sleeping arrangements include a full bed in one bedroom and queen beds in both the second and third bedrooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the cozy sitting area just off the dining room—comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

The living room includes a large flat-screen TV with HDMI input, perfect for winding down after a day on the slopes or trails. Two of the upstairs bedrooms also feature flat-screen TVs with HDMI capability. Park Avenue 216-1671 also includes complimentary year-round Wi-Fi and carport parking for added ease and convenience.

As part of the Park Avenue Condominiums, this Park City lodging option includes access to a host of shared community amenities: a year-round hot tub and dry heat sauna, seasonal heated outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), clubhouse with showers and changing rooms, and on-site coin-operated laundry. Please note that Park Avenue 216-1671 does not include an in-unit washer or dryer.

Convenient location, well outfitted

The location and layout of the condo was very convenient for our needs. It was well outfitted and we could easily find the amenities we required. While mostly clean, there were a few signs of wear as well as a few kitchen items that were not clean. The communication and assistance was exceptional.

Great place for easy access to ski lifts

This was a perfect sized place for our group of five buddies from college. It was close enough to walk to the ski lifts, and to restaurants downtown. It could use a TV more modern than the boxy VCR combo TV from 1995, but other than that, no complaints. While it doesn't have the most modern stylings, it has plenty of beds and bathrooms. The property management group was very communicative and helpful throughout and after the booking process. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk to the store and lifts. Accommodations are mostly updated. Some of the unit is tired. Had an electrical issue with the electric stove and breakers that was resolved within 18hrs. Good communication and prompt service. Thank you.

Great location - shoddy bedrooms

The unit was well placed by the resort, which was less than 10 minutes by foot. It was across the street from a major grocery store and several restaurants. The laundry and pool areas were close to all units. Every unit had some parking, which is useful because while Park City has a good and free busing system, walking around made us feel uneasy. Since we were on vacation, we spent more time away from the unit during the day, and most of our time in the bedrooms at night. The bedroom furniture was falling apart. It was also old and unsightly. The bathrooms hadn't been updated since the 1980s when the unit was probably built. So the residential aspects of the stay wasn't as good as the resort/urban aspects.
